Used to wake up in the middle of the night to work on MKs nursery too. It was quiet, and I could collect my thoughts and think through what I was doing. Our dog would always wake up and come hang out with me too. Hubby would wake up and be so surprised with everything I did in the middle of the night LOL
Hi. I also enjoy staying up late and cleaning and doing laundry. It is a great feeling waking up the next morning to a clean house and no dirty laundry. Have a great weekend!
I love what you’ve done with the nook. I love your table and chairs. Have you considered a runner for your table, something with ruffles or lace? I think that might add the soft, feminine touch. Or maybe use lace doilies and shape them as a runner? I’ve been going to antique shops and got the idea from one of their booth setups.
Been 5 days with no power after being hit by hurricane Beryl. I will definitely be doing heavy deep cleaning once the electric comes on. Thanks for the motivation. I'm itching to get started. Happy birthday! Your kitchen looks great!

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday. I can’t believe your baby is due sometime in the next month, that’s exciting!! 😊 I try to go to bed early so I can wake up earlier for work. On the weekends I enjoy going to bed later and waking up later to get that extra sleep but either way I try to get my full 9 hours of sleep everyday. 😊 I love that you were spoiled by your family and enjoyed your birthday doing things that you enjoy. I want only two kids because this world is expensive. 😢😊
When the boys were younger I was a get up early and get things done.Now my youngest is going off to college next month so i love staying up late and getting things done.I have been a single mom for 13 years and I am not looking forward to being alone but i am so proud of both my boys.Plus I have two cats,two dogs and a bird lol so guess i want really be alone .You are such a good person and I am so excited for you and your family such a great time in life.🙏♥️

I am so impressed by your late night cleaning! I am also around 31/32 weeks pregnant and can barely make it up until 9pm every night! I've been putting my older kids to bed earlier so I can sleep more haha.

Hi Lauren, you are in the nesting mode or babies almost here mode! And yes, you have to do housework and projects when your toddler is sleeping or Nana is keeping him. You are certainly preparing for that beautiful little girl that’s gonna arrive soon and I can’t wait to see the nursery and I can’t wait to see Oliver’s little reaction to his little sister and of course your husband will have that little girl wrapped around his little finger!I am so proud of you that you’ve taken good care of yourself during your pregnancy you’ve kept working you’re eating right and staying active. I will be in prayer for you for the next several weeks that God is going to prepare you for the birth and little Anna. Kate will be healthy and you’ll begin your life with a son and a daughter and I loving husband.

This way no tiny footprints go through it
We don’t wear shoes in the house but it being summer & kids wearing crocs or flip flops - easier to mop after their bath & when their feet are cleaned for the night lol

I used to use Lysol wipes on my wood table and I ruined it! Now that we have a new one for a few years, I just use all purpose spray and cover it for meals bc yanno 3 kids😂

Lauren, no need to apologize, family comes 1st. I dont sleep well so I clean very early in the morning before the sun even Peaks its head. I was almost 40 before we could conceived it was a hard time for us.💔

Lauren!! 😂 I was floored when you said you just turned 30. I was way off on your age. I’ve watched since you first started but never knew you were that old. I’m old enough to be your mom but I thought it was cool to know you were older than I thought. I thought you always seemed more mature than that. Now I know why. Not trying to offend anyone 😬. Lots of mature young ladies.
Your pregnancy has gone so fast, although I know it doesn’t seem so to you. Watermelon is so good for you. My sister just read a list to me of good things that water does for your body.
