Congratulations on every milestone achieved on this hike. Have you run into “Lookout” from the UK? He hiked the Sierra and was making his way through Oregon. It’s amazing to witness how each individual experiences the trail. All have lost weight and shared a growing mental resilience I admire very much. May the wind be at your back.

Awesome bro! When you get home, plan a weekend camping trip about two weeks after and sleep outside, it helps the transition back to civilization.
That’s for sure happening. I can’t wait to recreationally backpack haha
