Part of the problem as well is that it's just so boring and doesn't feel like much is happening. You click a few spots, it's over in literally 3 seconds and then you wait for the next day. Compared to the hammer event which gives you a few more slaps to try and get rewards at least. When the mini game feels too empty it does just feel like a clear request for money and not a real mini event for the players to enjoy.

Maybe it's because the last time I saw a game call their content "Labyrinth", it was a major dungeon crawler type mode on Final Fantasy Record Keeper, but man I feel stupid for not immediately predicting this thing to be exactly as lazy as it is lol. I thought it'd be missions or something when I spent the few seconds noticing it on the update thing. Not a big deal, given its par for the course, but just on a personal level, I really shouldn't think anything but the worst. Can't ever expect something mildly fun out of this game, including content that isn't just more of the exact same.

I don’t think it’s realistic to expect a free starlight every event. That being said, I understand that smaller rewards should be better, to be more in line w the roulette wheel event (my personal fav) as I easily got 10+ div and SS tickets + other goods and trendy dhalism (or opt for soul cores) last few.

It would be nice to get that Trendy Dhalsim, but as a F2P guy it's a shame that it won't happen. If I had to spend money I'd rather focus on acquiring Trendy Akuma, because it's Akuma.

Its a shitty move because not only is the starlight unobtainable for most, but also the other items are undervalued.
A starlight is essentially 1 special unit. The pull rate for a special averages out to 50 pulls. So half of a starlight is essentially 25 tickets, not 10.

Yeah the valuations are all over the place.
My only rationale for it is if the starlight seems “cheap” more people might chase it.
Like pushing to floor 60 you would prob have 600+ in the currency.
So you would have 2 starlight and be halfway to the last one in the shop so a lot of people would think “I’d be dumb to not get that now” meaning £300 spent without realising it would have cost that much starting out

They give free starlight every event so starlight feedback is not true. I have 7 starlight not one dime spent.
