From watching a good chunk of the gameplay. I would suggest switching targets once they have used or received a defensive to create more pressure. For instance the hunter has bark or sac. In that situation I would have switched to a target with no hots on them. You’ll come to find PvP is about trading cooldowns. While using cooldowns won’t feel bad in the moment - later on in the match when they have cds and you don’t. It’s where wins/losses occur.

I find it rough on my ret when I get a pally heals. Really got to watch who you bubble and pay super attention to forbearance.

You should stop bubbling as your first deffensive global, I see you bubbling while you have shield and wall available it would be better to use them first. Because chances are you will have them back again before the fight ends. Try to rotate through as much cds as possible so the low cd ones go first.
