Barrett, your haircut looked great! Is the tourist traffic lower in Korea than in Japan? Is Korea the "Next Big Thing?" The food looks like "with spice", which we like!

Thanks, I ended up liking it as well haha
I think Japan still has more foreign tourists but there definitely seemed to be more in Seoul compared to when I went in 2019 and 2018. Same with Japan , I guess, there were a lot fewer 10 years ago!
Food in Korea is good though, it feels pretty healthy too.

What are some differences and similarities between Japan and Korea?

That's a pretty big discussion and I probably don't know enough to answer accurately, but I'll try based on what I've noticed.
Differences: Seoul feels more spread out compared to Tokyo with bigger streets that are probably more similar to China or the US. There are more food stands, stalls and open markets in Seoul than Tokyo. Google Maps don't work as well since Naver is probably the main system people are on.
Similarities: Good convenience stores, train system, places are relatively clean and people keep to themselves and are generally well mannered. People care about what they wear and I know there are some words that are similar to each other.
Both cities/countries are great and I enjoy spending time in both.

What are all those that you had? Does your wife speak Korean?

At the market? The doughnuts were called kkwabaegi, they’re slightly chewy. Also had some fried chicken and dee fried stuffed pepper.
She speaks a little Korean, was good for smaller and more local shops/vendors.
