The Elitebooks are in my opinion, the best built laptops. I brought two Elitebooks 8570w, and the 8570p. Two with INTEL core i7 3820QM, and the 8570p with INTEL core i7 3630QM. Sad that HP don't build them like that no more, i prefer these three, over other laptops.
Thank you for this video, I have this model since 2015, and it is really one of the rare laptops that has endurance over time, I think the big plus is the i5 3360m 2.8 GH with 35W, this days to get high frequency processors with decent performance, they need 45W which creates a lot of hot and fan noises, there are Intel new generation i7 and i5 with 28W and 2.7 GH, but they are exclusively for to the Intel nuc. I now am looking for a new laptop with a high frequency processor and low voltage to get high performance and avoid fan noises, my unique choice now is the intel i7 10710u, but there is just one offer from MSI prestige 15 which is way behind the elitebook series in terms of design and stability.
I have one with the i7 3740QM with the AMD 7570m with the 1080p screen. I later a added 7260 AC WiFi card (and in so, Bluetooth 4.0), an SSD and maxed the RAM and I’ll tell you, this thing is still so damn fast. It’s just really heavy and noisy also the battery life is so-so. I don’t want to get rid of it but the time is fast approaching.
I just bought this laptop from an independent dealer for 299 plus tax. Sounds like I overpaid but I would like to know if this model works well with music software namely DJ tools.
Man, if i can use a C2D 2.1ghz machine with 2gb of ddr2, you can use this machine XD (Its a VERY useable laptop for light gaming and media consumption)
Correction: this is a refresh of the 8560p not the 8470p which is a 14".

@JuiceSipperIsNotReal the only down side is there is no line in. You have to use the mic with an adapter and the recording is subpar.
