    Ingredients:
    - Coffee dose: 12 grams
    - Total water: 200 mL at 93⁰C
    - Grind size: Medium Coarse (3.65 rotations on 1Zpresso JX-Pro)
    - Dripper & Paper: Hario V60 01 Plastic & Cafec Abaca Paper Filter
    Steps:
    1. Pour 50 mL of water in a circular pattern and let it bloom for 45 seconds.
    2. Add 100 mL of water in circular patterns and wait until 01.30
    3. Add the last 50 mL of water in circular pattern and the brew should be finished between 02.00 - 02.30
    4. Give your carafe a good swirl and enjoy!
