Self Sufficiency: Prepping our Kitchen Garden

In this episode, we talk about how we prep for the upcoming season of pickle-related puns. Also, we finally upgraded our greywater system.
We are Zak and Jackie and together with our child we live in the mountains of Central Portugal. In 2019, we found ourselves buying 2 hectares of abandoned land and a house, and we finally made the move in 2022. Follow us on our journey of rehabilitating former Eucalyptus plantation land, building a house and a life in a new country.
