This game comparison clip is the answer to one of the Payday 2 enemies’ quote… “Who the F are those guys, ex-military?”. The truth being that Chains is an ex-military character. For me personally, I always play as the character Hoxton, so he’s like the ex-SAS character to use his SAS skills to successfully do bank missions.
Hoxton is great, not good, great. He doesn't feel like he's screaming, feels like pete tried hard for him to be a stereotypical British this time. PDTH Hoxton had more energy. But then, I'm a Jimmy main, I'm too used to his energy.
Payday mostly takes place in more confined spaces and the gunfire is supposed be deafening. You're supposed to feel like you're an action movie protagonist, which is why the weapons sound and feel a whole lot more powerful. In Battlefield you're just an insignificant grunt and the shots echo over the large landscapes. The player character handles the weapons a bit more efficiently and less stylish. Both games deliver on the design choices they made and I think it's merely personal preference on what is "better".
Payday 2's animations are simply good enough, even for today standards. The way the characters reload their guns are in some sort of gangster-fashion style, not too fast, not too slow. Then, obviously we can agree that Brokenfield 4's sounds are pretty much better (both firing and reloading).
You have to remember that bf4 takes place during a war with guns that are weilded by trained warriors most of the guys in bf4 are doing speed reloads its not about looking cool during a reload its about the fastest way to get bullets into the gun
I love both games, but payday conveys a sense of weight better than BF4, as well as being more satisfying
Wdym BF4 animations are wayyy better
Payday is fun with friends but it is definitely not as realistic as BF4, that game nailed sounds effects and animations
@@JoshCallon_98 firing sounds are not very realistic
@@Hookah37 animations suck in bf4
@@Hookah37 It's an opinion
In terms of animation, payday takes the dub
In terms of sounds, both share it.
PD2 anims goes with BF4 sounds would be cool
There’s a mod that replaces the gun sounds with bf sounds

You know you could've used the Car-4 which is an actual M4 Carbine instead of the AMCAR, a predocessor to the M4

I like handling recoil on Payday 2 ,make me want to shoot tactically

hey mosin
I may sound biased and naive but i don't get the hype behind bf4 animations
Dang I saw this guy like million times in day and fuckedness cracks I get is up on....
Why does Payday add those WOOSH sounds while aiming down sights? I notice other games do that too makes no sense.
I’m assuming it’s meant to be the sound of their clothes rustling but it’s a bit too exaggerated and just sounds odd
I’m ngl I LOVE Payday 2’a AK-17 reload
Call of duty black ops 4 vs battlefield 2042
Animations are a whole lot better in pay day. But the details are better in battlefield
