50 pounds is a lot. But it's cool that they make a huge bright light. I think this is geared towards bigger productions and/or someone with a grip truck. I do like the way they have the rosette system on the yoke on one side to lock it, but then they have a disk system from aiming the light anywhere. good on Generay.
Hey man! Long time no see! Thanks for dropping by. For the stuff that I have to film (I’m also a freelance gaffer for other production companies), I’m used to heavy things. In the pro industry, that’s inevitable. The weight of this panel is lighter than my 28” field monitor and a combo stand alone can weigh significantly as well.
