I was in a sleeper car on a nighttime train trip several years ago, thinking I would sleep all the way to my destination. There is a train very similar to this in the United Kingdom. It's called the Caledonian Sleeper. It is a nocturnal train from London to several stations in Scotland. Wonderful journey.
Oh my gosh, as I laid on my pillow and watched this it literally almost felt like I was right in that room, laying in bed and looking out the train window, so cozy!
I have had a fantasy for years that i own my own train, and I use it to travel all over. My bedroom would be the last car, with a nice covered balcony to sit on with a nice drink and watch the scenery disappear behind you. Perhaps in some remote part of the southwest. It is a thought that brings me calm every night, and this is the perfect sound to go along with it….
There's just something so relaxing about click clack of the train as it goes down the rails. I've only been on commuter trains but, one day I'd love to take a sleeper car.
The click-clack of the train somehow resembles the mother’s heartbeat that’s hardwired in all of us from our very beginning…hence it’s a sound that’s secure, serene and abundantly peaceful.
Thank you so much for this. I'm going through struggles in my life, and this particular soundtrack helps rid me of severe anxiety, and provides moments of peace.
I want to travel more trains like this, out in the country, through the mountains and tunnels. Not simple, stiff amtrak cars that go by slopes so filled with trash you can't even see the dirt. Trains are magical, carriages with rooms or compartments like this, or even entire cars all to yourself, they're really something to savor. Thank you for making this.
This reminds me of when I was a young teen and we would go to the drive-in theater. When a rain storm blew through dad would turn off the speakers and we would sit there and listen to the rain until they started up the movie again. Sometimes it would be late when we all got home. What made it so exciting was my mom would pack a picnic basket and dad would make a run to the snack box for cokes to have along with our sandwiches mom made. He would get back in the car and make sure we all got a few drops of the rain off his hat on us. Fun family times. Thanks for the memories!
As someone with plans to take a sleeper train from one end of the line to the other when it's safer to travel again, this makes me happy and feel relaxed for when that happens. ❤️

The cities will never be safe again. The future of American cities is very dark and bleak. CA is an example: High crime, violent crime so bad that walking around during the day is suicide, druggies everywhere. The USA will not recover from the blow the New World Order is handing it.
I remember when I was15 years old traveling by train with my best friend to see our good friend we hadn't seen in a couple of years. We left Toccoa Ga that morning and arrived at our destination 8 hours later in Slidell Louisiana. Our main destination was Bay Saint Louis Mississippi. But Slidell was the closest stop. Just before Covid, whenever I went home from college, I started going by the newly enabled train route to my hometown. Part of the rail was ruined during the war and it had no electricity. They refurbished that part 3 years ago so the new trains could go there. The problem was, it wasn’t a direct line from where I was studying to home, but I basically had to circle the whole country to get there. It usually takes 5.5 to 6 hours by bus to reach it, and around 11 by train, almost double the time. But I didn’t care, every time, it was so comfortable that the ride was actually not a chore but an interesting activity. Since Covid happened, they shut the line down but there are talks that it will be reinstated soon, I really hope it will.
A very special seasonal express used to run in Italy from the hustle & bustle of Rome all the way up to a sleepy skiing village in the Alps called San Candido. It was ideal for those not wanting to take the rather treacherous drive, no airport being available nearby. Designed for affluent travelers wanting to arrive refreshed for a weekend on the slopes, the *Treno Sulla Neve* ("Snow Train" although "Train On Ice" is a more fitting translation) had mostly deluxe sleeper coaches, a couple standard sleepers and no basic night seater coaches, unlike normal Italian sleeper trains which might have one deluxe coach. The very rare "Excelsior" coaches were a fixture with their couple's suites featuring a foldaway double bed, entertainment system with AVOD like on a plane, private toilet with shower and hot meals served directly in the suite by the steward. Completing the service was the "Auto a seguito" system whereupon passengers would have their own cars loaded onto high speed capable autorack wagons which would be hitched to the back of the train, along with enclosed boxcars capable of handling lifted 4x4s or motorhomes, all of which would follow the snoozing/fornicating passengers as they sped through the freezing darkness towards their snowy destination, passing through countless stations without stopping.
The inside of the train seems to be stopped, but the scene where the scenery flows as fast as the heart rate outside the window still gives me the belief that it's heading somewhere.
This is so nice never been on a sleeper before however there are 2 in my country those being the Caledonian sleeper from London to the highlands and the night reviera Great western railway from London to Penzance in Cornwall would love to go on them there on my bucket list 😊

Bu akşam gece treninde uyuyavağım . Tüm yolculara iyi uykular dilerim. 20.07.2024 Balıkesir
I love listening to this as I go to sleep, I imagine I'm on a train in a cosy sleeper cabin as it rolls down the track.
Glad you enjoy 😊
😃
Makes me remember my trip to Russia and Poland in 1988 and all those hours traveling in trains. Brings me back. Even the hot tea on the little table ❤
This is so much better than the real thing. I’ve traveled by train many times in the last few years. I traveled in coach, not a sleeper car, as my trip takes about 6 hours. I have to board at around 2:00 a.m. The seats in coach are so uncomfortable. There is ample leg room but the seats just aren’t comfortable.
This is still the best of all the sleep sounds. It’s my go-to.
There's something magical & calming about trains! I took a train trip with my mom as a child & I love trains to this day! Love this! ❤
YAY! Someone added the whistle! THANK YOU!!! Nice layering and density of sounds. Brilliant! Thanks for posting!
Thank you! 🙏
The click-clack of the train somehow resembles the mother’s heartbeat that’s s hardwired in all of us from our very beginning…hence it’s a sound that’s secure, serene and abundantly peaceful.
Somebody should drink that coffee before it gets cold!
Makes me think about when I’ll move to my native city of Vienna once the pandemic is over. I love it , thanks 🙏🏼
I’ll travel in a sleeper , per usual. Oh, and also, the Orient Express . Maaan I love that train

Im listening to this and reading "the girl on the train “ book, so lovely 🤍
I can’t thank you enough for this video, I’ve had trouble sleeping for so many years and normal rain sounds helped a little bit, but something about this video just helps me totally shut my mind off and I fall asleep quicker than ever before. It’s amazing. Thank you so much ❤
So glad to hear that ☺️
The rhythm of the wheels on the track almost sound like a soft heartbeat.
This is great. So cozy.
These sounds bring me back to my childhood, when i used to travel through France for the holidays. Life was so simple and peaceful back then. Thanks a lot.
I've never slept or even been in a train at all but ever since I was little I always liked imagining if I looked out the window next to my bed everything would be moving and the moonlight shining in made it even more comfortable. and I'd try to trick myself into feeling like I was moving and overall try to picture I was on a train with a bunch of other people. Idk why but it just sounds so comfortable and I wanna sleep on a train some day
I hope you get to sleep on a train one day 😴
Many people want wealth, and riches like fast car's and yachts. So to read you have never been on a train, and it's something you've imagined since being a child. Your comment is really touching . So I also really hope you get to travel by train one day too. One with just a few people in the carriage so it's not too crowded, and you get the window seat...of course. All the best (train rides) for the New Year! 😉✌🏼
@@jessikatkins1173 thank you :) your comment made my day. I just might end up going on a train this year.
The ambient videos with trains are the best!!!
I agree, something is so comforting about trains!

ROOOOOIIIIIIIIIIUGGGGGHHHHHTTTTT
Even with rain! Excellent content!
This is a masterpiece. I rode my local train down to Toronto, in Canada last month. It was HEAVEN!!! All you need are some snacks, a drink at the station, and you'll be in for an Amazing ride!!!
Thanks so much ☺️ that sounds amazing!
@ It truely is. Currently, Union station (Basically Grand Central Station but in Canada) is undergoing a gigantic overhaul, but it looks nothing short of incredible.

This is my favorite one. I love the soothing setting and sounds. this helps me relax so I can fall asleep at night. Thank you.
Thank you 😊
Ohh, yes, this train carries saints and sinners
This train carries losers and winners
This train carries whores and gamblers
This train carries lost souls
I said, this train carries broken-hearted
This train, thieves and sweet souls departed
This train carries fools and kings
This train, all aboard
Well, big wheels roll through fields where sunlight streams
Oh, meet me in a land of hope and dreams

Love this, maybe slow down the window imagery a little to make it more relaxing to look at ❤️
HangOut WithMe your suppose to be closing ur eyes and relaxing and trying to sleep , that's what it's for , steam trains have a different sound than electric or diesel.
@@owenwilliams3222 I use these ambiance videos for both. Sometimes just watching it can relax me. Otherwise I think they wouldn’t have a compelling visual at all.
It kind of makes me dizzy. I think it's because the window is so big and the "landscape" is going by so fast.
This video is my current sleep video 🛌 I listen to it every night and if I wake up before I have to get up I'll turn it on again and fall asleep again
I Like Train 👍🏻❣💞💕💓💗💘❤💖💝
I'm pretty sure at least 200,000 views on this video are from me! Thank you so much for making it!! Its the missing ingredient my ADHD brain needs to get things done. I've designed TV apps, written books, all sorts of things... because I have this to keep myself focused ❤
Glad to help 😊
Quelle superbe moments tout ceci me rappelle. ...all that brings back memories..we was young strong free...alive!
I would love to be on a train trip to nowhere in a train car like in this video
I have been on sleeper trains in Canada , U.S. and Europe . I was never in a room as nice as this one .
😃
Such a cozy car
I slept for 637 hours straight through I felt refreshed in the morning.
Now I love this bc the sound of the car on the tracks is so relaxing and soothing the view of the car is so beautiful and amazing
I hope you get to ride it again soon 😊
It Looks like Harry Potter Train hhh, I feel soooo happy while reading nd listening to this
Glad to hear this ☺️
I love listening to old radio mystery programs. This is the perfect background while I listen.
Think I might sleep here with my feet where the pillows are so that I would have that wonderful moving vista in full view as I drifted off....
Took a quick nap on a train today amd it felt nice
Amazing I love this. Nice& cosy safe&warm complete relaxing.
ITS BEAUTIFULL, FANTASTIC FEELINGS, LIKE that, very much!!!!!!
Like the visual of the night train. It's calm and smooth. It's like being on the train just relaxing listening by dozing off to sleep 😊❤
The inside of the train seems to be stopped, but the scene where the scenery flows as fast as the heart rate outside the window still gives me the belief that it's heading somewhere.
That would be so nice. Being able to watch it rain while staying warm and cozy.
This is so nice never been on a sleeper before however there are 2 in my country those being the Caledonian sleeper from London to the highlands and the night reviera Great western railway from London to Penzance in Cornwall would love to go on them there on my bucket list 😊
This scenario is my idea of heaven
I’ve tried other ‘train rain sleep’ videos, this is legit the only one that hits the spot and just works somehow
The epitome of coziness.
😊
I would love this train sound without wind noise, just pure train.
One of the few soundscapes that really relax me bc so much nostalgy from the new times my parents and grandparents took me up north via train.
Thank you for making this and blessing my sleep.
Glad it helps 😊
Train is so romantic.. First what comes to my mind is that movie... Before sunrise..
Love it this helps me relax focus sleep the sounds is peaceful the train is neat i like your videos wonderful job
Currently my FAVE ambience to fall asleep too 🌙☁️✨🪐💛
Yay! ☺️
About 15 years ago I lived in an old house about half a mile from an old railway line. Some nights I use to get woken up by the sound of a train in the distance. The problem was that the line had been closed for 20 years and the nearest working line was 30 miles away.
That’s so creepy! Not sure I could sleep in that house
