I’m always appreciative & hopeful when I see and hear of men who don’t shove this temptation off into the “we all do it (men)” category. Now THAT’s disheartening!
I drove by that coffee place this evening. There's a sheet or something hanging in the drive-through window. I find everything about that sketchy. Quite frankly, it looks more like a " house of ill repute."
Love you guys, actually wanted to try to come see you at your church when my wife and i were in Washington last year, but never got up the courage. This podcast has been extremely helpful to me and our marriage, and especially today in the midst of temptation. Thank you for your transparency.
Love your videos. My wife has issues w/ micro cheating and responds to sexual DMs on her social media from other men. I warn her that her social media will be tbe death of us but she disagrees and refuses to get off it. She us very flirtatious and loves the comments she gets when ahe post pics on her social media which is every other day. If she doesn't change her ways, it will cause me to leave when tbe kids get older.
I had a lust temptation and i took it for the third time....i dont know why i keep doing but from my understanding is i want to destroy my happiness because I feel as if I don't deserve it....ive been taken back into the room from the couch...ive also been trying to reach good for a week now and when i cried out to god our father and his son Christ Jesus...my pain from hurting my wife went away...its still my fault but i will fight for my wife this time after feeling so hopeless on taking away her pain (mental and emotional) for years now ... depression hits everyone around you even the people trying to help ...i thought i wasn't good enough so i thought of giving up on life thats where the temptation hit and happened i called and told her right away from the guilt
I hate it when they frame it as a male exclusive thing, when today more married women are having affairs than their male counterparts and the kicker is...... the husbands don't even know about it.
It's funny when women say this, but then again they're not men, so there's no true basis to debate conversations like this. You would likely come to learn about the struggle Men face when it hits home and you know someone close to you that confides in you. If you said however that accommodating a mans excesses alot can be an excuse for men not to rely on the saving power of God's grace, then i might agree.
Isn’t the clue that both partners are open about their temptations? Then they realise it’s not only a one-sided problem but an equal one- and that can create unity with both committing to each other to remain faithful. If one falls, the other can help him/her up (somewhere in Proverbs…)
Commenting for viewage boost because more men should hear this

I live in Merced California and we have bikini and lingerie baristas. They are tiny coffee shacks.
Sounds like excuses for the men
