What if right now im working in a swiss company here in the Ph.. would that be a great help to see by the immigration or swiss employer that im working in a multination swiss company?
I think you can contact your boss in ph and ask how the process would work for migrating here. Some companies even offer you to help you move but it all really depends on your job position.
@@LykaKrystle I see.. i find the interest to try there since the HQ of our Company is in Zug, switzerland. Thank you for the kind reply and very informative video.
Hi! Despite all the hard work you did and are doing living in Switzerland do you think it's worth it? I mean it is my dream to live there but I'm having second thoughts now that I've watched your video. I'm a bank teller here in the Philippines and it's kinda hard to gamble. Do you think i should go and take the risk, left my job here and pursue my dream?
Hello there. If you go and live here, I suggest you find a job here before that. Application process here is very long.. it’ll take months before you get a job and you have to be prepared before moving and you can’t really expect to be able to work here as a bank teller. The banking system here is not only different from Philippines but also your language skills is an aspect that they consider. People here speak minimum 3 languages like German (national language here), French (national language here) and English.
It's not really negative to say but informative. Question though... 3rd country.. does that mean US is one of those 3rd country that you meantion? All I know is the term: 3rd world country lol. Btw Philippine born, US Raised here 👋 After listening, I guess I'll have to find another way and strategize another way. And... I doubt that they do have any military qualification of some sort?? Or do they? e.g. for police, armed truck transports, security service? Idk how Swiss is in terms of security details and all. Unlike everywhere else lol.
This is what they mean: www.sem.admin.ch/sem/en/home/themen/einreise/kurzfristig/drittstaaten.html And US is one of them. And what do you mean by Military qualification?
@@LykaKrystle military qualification or errm.. how should I say it... 😅 do they honor military experience and credentials? Is what I meant lol. Never really graduated anything but served the US Army with 2 deployments in Iraq. That's the only major thing under my belt really. About the 3rd world stuff lol.. I think I got it now (eu/efta countries) which I didn't see US though. I may have just missed it or something. I'll check it out later or in the future. Just got hit by covid (not cool...) still recovering from it.
Hey.. i am unsure if they credit military experience, it really depends on the job you want to apply in here. In most cases, any job experience that is outside Europe is …not “top priority” for them unless your profession is super specific or in demand (such as Chemical engineer) or something like that.

@@LykaKrystle i mean italian university certification, is it valid in swiss industries? since i would like to go to the french part i was wondering because of the language change

And we are using our Schengen Visa Permit here, but Switzerland is one of our dream country for living and to work also. Do you think that we can move and find Job to the Hotels there mam using our Schengen Visa? Hope you noticed our question mam, Thanks in advance! 🙏😊💕
For applying for the work visa, they don’t really ask about your bank statements. The money is just for relocating here. Like for example, for renting an apartment..you need at least 3 months of deposit. So if your rent is 1,500CHF. You need 6,000CHF just for rent.

I would like to ask if you have any idea how to practice my profession in Switzerland. Do I need to study and take certification in Switzerland for me to be able to work as an accountant there? And which specific language courses should I take? Standard German or Swiss German (dont have concrete idea about there differences and what is applicable)? Thanks so much for your help.
Standard german is the only thing you can learn in schools. And to practice accounting here, I think you need a certificate here. An EU or Swiss recognized one. But it is likely that you will need some extra education too if you graduated from the Philippines.
I am from India currently completing my B.tech. What are your views about completing Masters in Switzerland and then applying for a job in a company like ABB? If then, will they consider me as a third country citizen?..I would also like to connect to you on Linkedin..Thank you.

If the school is affiliated with places to do internships. I suggest that you should go for it. And yeah, learn French before moving here because it is hella expensive.

I plan to study their language as early as possible but I heard that they have 4 official languages which is German, French, Italian, and Romansh. What do you recommend me to study? Or does it vary where part of Switzerland I'm moving in? Thanks!
Same bro 18 years old
It really depends on what city you want to live in but here’s a guide on what areas speak what language.
www.eda.admin.ch/aboutswitzerland/en/home/gesellschaft/sprachen/die-sprachen---fakten-und-zahlen.html
Better to look at Germany which has free University. Then study in Switzerland
Btw Philippine born, US Raised here 👋
After listening, I guess I'll have to find another way and strategize another way. And... I doubt that they do have any military qualification of some sort?? Or do they? e.g. for police, armed truck transports, security service? Idk how Swiss is in terms of security details and all. Unlike everywhere else lol.
This is what they mean: www.sem.admin.ch/sem/en/home/themen/einreise/kurzfristig/drittstaaten.html
And US is one of them.
@@LykaKrystle hmmm. I'll have to search around on how the country is and what the country needs.
Thanks Lyka 🙂

Hello, i would like to know if with an italian university graduation in languages there’s a chance to find a good job there
obviously i think i have to learn french or german or both but that’s not a problem, but i was wondering if i necessarily need a swiss graduation to work in an embassy or something like that
thank you
What do you mean by Italian university graduation? And you can live in the Italian region of Switzerland. And you can get work in Switzerland even if you didn’t do your education here
@@LykaKrystle i mean italian university certification, is it valid in swiss industries? since i would like to go to the french part i was wondering because of the language change
Yeah it will be valid but it might not be that easy to find jobs in Italian in the French region. You might need to live in areas that use both language
Is it possible to live in border countries, that is France, Italy and Germany and work as a cross border worker in Switzerland if you don't come from those countries but just want to work as a cross border worker for less expenses living there ?
Is it possible to find a job that doesn't require German language? I will move to CH this year through marriage.. I'm planning to do part time job sana while studying German (A1) in the afternoon..
Also, possible ba ..once im already fluent in German.. na makapagapply same or related sa work experience ko here in PH? Bank teller ako here for almost 8 yrs .. May mga need ba gawin para marecognize yung work experience as well as ny degree. Merci! ❤️
For me, I was not able to find work with only English. But maybe it could be different.. especially if you have special skills.. like information technology is always hiring here.
Di na credit education ko dito so Idk how it will be for you.. maybe it will be different?

Am doing my bachelor degree in Poland and I want to know if I can get summer job in Switzerland , I have my polish temporary residence permit
Hello.. I think you can find one here easily if you were a Polish citizen. You can try to look for internships here though, just know…they don’t pay much here for internships. It won’t be enough to cover cost of living 🥺
How can apply as a farmer or fruit picker in Switzerland? Hoa about the age limit? Thanks so much for your reply.
I love you❤️❤️
Is it possible if I come in tourist visa any chances to get work permit
You can apply to jobs now even before your tourist visa.
How can I apply for job I have one year experienced in continental cuisine commis position in 5 star hotel in India as a chef please let me know
how are you able to afford studies in Switzerland?
The tuition fee per semester is only 1100CHF. It is not crazy expensive compared to America.
What about journalism degree ?
Is it hard or easy to find job there ?
I think that may be difficult since you would need to know how to write in one of the languages here (French, German or Italian.)
Hi Lyka, i've been to Switzerland before to visit my sibling. Will it be easier for me to stay there for good and work if I have a sibling who is already a citizen there? Thanks :)
I think could be easier but I am not entirely sure. It all depends on your profession and if you speak one of the dialects well.
@@LykaKrystle hey thanks for responding. Keep safe :)

What if I already found an employer willing to sponsor me and go through all the hassle of getting an employee from a "third-world country," will that guarantees my visa application?

How did you reach there? which visa? Thanks
First I traveled to Switzerland with a tourist visa, and then I got a student visa.
How much money are we talking? Specify please?!
Salary wise? Or what do you mean?
Hello! May I ask if how much is the required amount of my bank account in order for me to apply for a working visa in Switzerland?
For applying for the work visa, they don’t really ask about your bank statements. The money is just for relocating here. Like for example, for renting an apartment..you need at least 3 months of deposit. So if your rent is 1,500CHF. You need 6,000CHF just for rent.
You can help me this process need to come to europe...
Hello, I can help by giving guides on how to find what for Switzerland but I don’t actually help give jobs. I am a 25 year old student living in Switzerland. I don’t even have a job.
@@LykaKrystle hi, may i know what are you studying there?
Business Administration ☺️☺️☺️
Hi Lyka,
Kumusta?
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines. Had 4 years accounting experience in the Philippines and 5 years in Dubai.
Thanks so much Lyka for your generous reply. Will note all of these. God bless you 🙏
If you have more questions, I respond more quickly on Instagram 😅☺️ sorry.
May i ask if they hire flight attendants from different nationalities(im filipino)

If the school is affiliated with places to do internships. I suggest that you should go for it. And yeah, learn French before moving here because it is hella expensive.
Have you shifted or chosen any university for MBA ?

Okay, it wasn’t clear in your first comment because you were asking how hard is it to get a visa. And usually the process is quick but nowadays, because of COVID, they limit when people can come in. Especially now that we are still a bit behind with distributing the vaccines (when compared to other European countries).
