I don't eat meat though I've reintroduced organic eggs and I also eat fish. I wasn't getting enough protein and was consuming too many carbs through eating mainly vegetables. We need a mixture of protein, carbs and good fats, not just vegetables.

Bio availability is a huge issue for getting these nutrients and proteins from vegetables. Many tribes people around the world have carnivore or animal based diets. They do not have the problems the western world have with obesity and chronic illness.

We are by God’s design meant to eat meat, it is by far the most nutrient dense food we can eat. Plants have nutrients too yeah, but also has anti nutrients and way lower bio availability which makes it hard to thrive on plants only. This is very poor advice. A plant based diet can not sustain you long term. A lot of essential vitamins and minerals can only come from a diet that includes animal products. Look into Dr. Jennifer Daniels. She was a vegan for over 20 years and says the same.
This is false, all 13 essential vitamins, all 9 essential amino acids, all 2 essential fatty acids, and all 100+ essential minerals are all literally available in non-animal foods without supplements. If a person doesn’t plan well what they eat they can become deficient in these nutrients as a vegan…and also as an omnivore. The problem isn’t veganism, it’s just about getting a sufficient amount of various nutrients by planning ones meals well.
