Awesome machine! I am definitely going to look into one of these in the future. Sucks that there is always that one customer that is intentionally looking for any reason to get a FREE cleaning.
Yes, sometimes we have to fold'em and walk away.
I don’t like customers like this, I discontinue service for them.
They are out there though and we have to deal with these things sometimes.
