AFAIK converters are mostly the same particularly the mic inputs. The headphone out is way better though. Overall, it also has the ability to expand and connect with other claretts if you choose expand later on.
I can directly plug in both electric and acoustic electric guitars with no DI's used. Am I right? I mean that the device accepts unbalanced high impedance signals and convert them to balanced. Am I right?
Great review, love it when an audio gear review is done with an actual recording and not just someone talking
You didn’t tell, what makes it a great update to The Clarett range - but thanks for the video.
Just ordered the four pre!!! So excited!
Great video,, simple and informative. Thanks
Nice but Focusrite have more than two range of interfaces, yess there is the scarlett and the clarett+ but they also have the Red line up ;)
So not really an update from the Clarett without the + :))

Great review thanks! What's the mic he's singing into? Sounds Great!
Thank you for the kind words! Our musician is using a R1mk2 Golden Age Ribbon mic :)
Are the preamps quiet comapred to the scalett
Yes, I had the scarlett and the sound it's a little better. I could tell the difference, although Scarlett was awesome too!
@@GTheoMedia thanks a great singer u are like your channel. Do you think it is worth the extra money is the difference huge??
@@elikamin5678 Thanks , yes I would recommend the Clarett over the Scarlett. anytime if you want the best sound. I would not go back to Scarlett.
