To those looking for a combi oven do not buy a FAGOR combi oven! 2 years and it is still not working. The problem was the machine they sold me was not compatible with the electricity in the Philippines. So it fried the electical board they do not honor warranty so i bought the parts they recommended i spent almost 1/3 of the price of the original unit for service, transportation and parts.. it takes them months just to do one step so now 2 years after the put the new board and still the error code is the same! Just a warning to those trying to buy a combi oven.
Dude, you bought the wrong thing and then broke it. Who warranties that? Nobody.
Better than a wood fired oven, but not as simple.
It's more versatile than a wood-fired oven for sure, and likely a similar cost...but does it make a better (traditional Neapolitan) pizza at only 575F? Seems unlikely.
