"When I was a young man, I had liberty, but I did not see it...I had time, but I did not know it...and I had love, but I did not feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood the meaning of all three...And now, in the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into contentment. Love, liberty, and time - once so disposable are the fules that drive me forward, and love was especially mia caro...For you, our children, our brothers and sisters, and for the vast and wonderful world that gave us life and keeps us guessing. Endless affection, mia Sophia. Forever yours, Ezio Auditore"
Thinking that these "simple" songs as a child moved me just a little, to this day this song moves my feelings through nostalgia for times that I can no longer live, moments that I can no longer enjoy and that are not the same, feelings I can no longer feel like the first time, thanks for everything assassins creed and ezio because you are one of the few games and music my memories move me and make me feel nostalgic. Thank you :')
I read your Comment in Ac Revelations Ezio Voice and it sounded even better. I also added "I have seen enough for one life" at the end after reading your comment.
When listening to Ezio's Family, I think of Ezio and his brother standing on a tower, talking about the good life they have. And I think of myself when I was their age, playing Assassin's Creed II for the first time. All that time that has passed, all the things that have changed.
I will forever remember how this made me feel. The evening of all of us friends rushing to someone’s house to beat ezios brother in the rooftop chase. The cycling back home only to boot the game once back to relive that moment again. Assassins creed 2 will always have a special place in my heart. ❤
It truly was a game capable of ingraining other languages into your head without even realising it and that was the coolest thing about the in game dialogue wish it was still this passionate today
"The Auditore are not dead. I'm still here. ME! Ezio! Ezio Auditore!" And so began a long journey of pain, suffering, redemption and triumph. God I wish I could play the series for the first time again.
imagine while listening: being an assassin or mercenary. sitting on the top of the tower spectating whole area, whole city. people cheering and children playing. with your emotionless yet prideful eyes after fighting a long term war and finally achieving peace, having a tragic life in your past and then saying to your self in soft, gentle voice "How far i've come" and then finally having tears in your eyes
It's crazy how a city can resemble a game and a childhood so much. When I went to Firenze and saw that beautiful bridge, that beautiful cathedral, the streets with the family crests. Everything came back, if you want the full Assassin's Creed experience in real life, go visit Firenze, you wont be disappointed.
Playing through the life of Ezio in Assassin's Creed games during my early teenage years was probably one of the best things ever happened to me. In many ways, the trilogy shaped me.
Almost 14 years since this masterpiece game was released and every sequential AC game has not surpassed it. Every time I hear this soundtrack it takes me back..
@@dicksdiggers Turns out the Ezio Collection isn't really an official remaster. In any case it's fine enough as in we can still play it without relative issues. But yeah, Ubisoft might make it worse with a remake.
It makes me cry everytime i hear. Makes me remind of simple times, makes me remind of a man called Ezio, that even being a fictional character, it completely changed my adolescence and my perspective on life. Man, my eyes are watering again just remembering the good times I had playing this masterpiece.
I started AC 2 up to Revelations about 4 months ago but this literally triggered my nostalgia and I found out why, when I was a kid apparently I actively played ac2 on the Xbox 360. That’s why it felt nostalgic but I couldn’t remember why until now lol
Wish there was some way I could make myself forget all that I've learned about Ezio and his story, just so I could replay the game like it's the first time.
I literally cry whenever i think of the moments i vibed and enjoyed in ezio triology . Those Beautiful moments + this song makes every ac gamer enotional.
Man....this....right here.....really floods me with a lot of good memories, I swear. I remember playing this game for the first time & listening to this master piece I thought heaven opened up for a second because the singers.....Fucking kudos to them & the lady that goes "eeeeeee" & "Awwwhhhhh" makes me levitate. Every hawt damn time. I love this trilogy & Ezio forever man. Y'all may say whatever you want but, I feel Ezio & Altaïr tops ALL of the assassins in the gaming frachise. GGs to the composers, musicians & singers Requiescat in pace
From AC 1 to AC revelations my favorite played all the games up until Unity if Asssasins Creed made a samurai/ ninja setting it should be in the 1800s the fall of the samurai when western intervention was involved with japan and the Templar’s attempt to take advantage of the situation between the emperor who wants a modernization of japan and the samurai clans who refuse the modernization that be a cool setting
