Is it pretty accurate and how it looks? I've heard people say that Florence is especially accurate in the game and people have visited the city and actually been able to navigate some parts of it
That’s what I miss in the news AC. Those magical and mysterious atmosphere and ambience. Even if you find all secrets and treasures, you always thinks that exist more to discover in the game.
Older games had soul in them, they were made out of passion not for profit only. I'm not saying the newer ones have no passion but it pails in comparison to the older games.
@@tayehmusiqa Because you are brain limited - Origins is an incredibly deep game with a lot of contextual information, a larger game does not necessarily equate to "empty". Use your brain
If they ever remake this I hope they can make the night scenes truly special like this picture. Include the volumetric fogs and have these back alleys very, very dimly lit
That transition between tracks at around 14:25 was the most beautiful thing i've ever heard. I almost cried with nostalgia for the first time i played this game. Thank you for this amazing mix!!
I was in primary school in 2009 when AC2 released now I’m 24 🤷♂️ we all age. People who grew up with gaming consoles in the 80s are now saying their games are coming up to 50 years
Don’t get me started. Music-wise there are really great pieces but as captivating as they might can be, the gameplay and story were far from mysterious even though Egypt seemed like the perfect place for it. 🤷♂️
there was soul, it actually felt as if we lived Ezios life, the emotions, hardships, him growing up, his friends and family. the atmosphere and ambience the music created, plays a large part in that aswell. the gameplay in origins may have been better, but the soul the early AC games had is unmatched, and feeling like as if your living the character is surreal.
sonder (uncountable) (neologism) The profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passing in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it. AC series is basically this across centuries. I get that a lot while studying history and it's a wonderful thing to think of. In the game it happens whenever the Roman ruins are present. Desmond is experiencing sonder with Ezio, experiencing the everyday lives of people in the Renaissance, while Ezio is wondering the same thing about the Romans. It really gives you the feeling of how insignificant everything is against the passage of time.
Man i remember playing this game just before turning 18 on Christmas holidays. I just couldn't believe how much of an improvement it was over the 1st one. Oh so beloved, fond memories . I miss those days
After the Ezio trilogy, especially AC2, it was never the same in my opinion. By far the best Creed games still. I wish Ubisoft could return to form like IO did for Hitman after Hitman Absolution.
@@gabrielchavez6066 mirage has exceptionally good graphics but it is no match to the vibe and story of the Ezio triology , altair's story , ac 3 , black flag etc.. and I personally prefer ac1,ac2,brotherhood,ac3 combat over the flashy new combat..
Whoever made this, truly from the bottom of my soul... thank you and I love you. This complitation makes me feel like nothing else. At peace and invincible at the same time.
You did a real good job, I've been looking for something like this but most compilations only put the musics next to each other and call it a day, nicely done.
i m listening this soundtrack then i feel like Assassin creed back recalled memories of past ..... i m missing those day i have play this game series ....
What do you mean exactly? Granted, no other AC game tops the ezio trilogy's music (although I highly recommend AC unity's vol. 2 to everyone that is somewhat susceptible to baroque). But what about the music from games like Dark Souls 3, The Last of Us, God of War (2018) or RDR2? And there's probably plenty more that have seriously good music.
Well yeah all those other game’s definitely have one of the best soundtracks. But now I feel like you don’t get that soothing vibe anymore from these recent games. Maybe it’s because we’re just getting older and we experienced something that we never had before as a kid and it just sticks with you forever you know?
@@TonyStackzz My guess would be that there are newer games out there that give that feeling (animal crossing comes to mind). But true, a game like this with a melancholical soundtrack like this is probably a once in a lifetime experience. The funny thing is that I played AC2 only at around the age of 18 and I listen to its soundtrack almost every day when I need to study for something.
@@demartijnvanbrenk I wouldn’t throw the Dark Souls 3 of God of War 4 soundtrack in there. Each only has one banger and the rest of the soundtracks are mediocre.
whenever I listen to soundtracks from Assassins creed 2 . it just takes me back to the time when I play this game for the first time and saw Venice through this game. what a lovely game it was. ( god damn Ubisoft just remake the assassins creed 2 game )
I did some minor adjustments to certain tracks but I also went ahead and pulled the whole soundtrack from the game files if my ears thought whatever version I had sounded worse. ✌️
Let me know which parts you consider low in quality. However, I did replace a bunch of tracks during the process since there are a lot of low quality versions available online.
I slowed the first song a little and if I remember correctly, I actually replaced Sanctuary at one point because of some issue. Will check this though.
I checked the project and the song quality is fine. However, I noticed that back when I created the mix I added an EQ on the highest of frequencies and that can definitely be interpreted as compressed. I'm sure I had a reason to do this even if it was for artistic reasons only. 🤷♂️

AC2 had the best soundtrack in the series
Well ac brotherhood as well but their soundtrack is similar
@@OneWithinn Brotherhood soundtrack is incredible! City of Rome is one of my favorite songs. I listen to while riding my EBike around its great.

I don't think Ubisoft can ever recreate the magic that was AC2. Maybe Mirage will rekindle that fire but it'll never blaze so bright again.
Well a very atmospheric world and music makes for a strong sense of nostalgia and charm that you just won't find much as you get older

Totally agree, i cant explain the feeling of the first AC to AC2. Origins just feels fast paced and grindy, almost unrealistic to some point.
