IJ has been fantastic at Verona with a very small budget I think He can do very well at Southampton.He had almost all his playing and coaching career in Italy will improve the defense a lot Bednarek will be back at his best.
Look we have been playing nice football in premiership. However we need a tactical person in the coaching staff. I hope Ivan Juric is the tactician that we needed. We need to see fighting football. The fight should go on till the end on whistle. Nice to see a manager who is highly optimistic on our survival. We saw in Fulham game that we can defend and attack when given chance.
I rly want him succeed but I don't think he is capable of saving us from relegation. His tally not impressive, he couldn't bring anything to Roma even made things worse. But maybe in winter we can get rid of some championship level players, especially in back and add some high quality ones from another leagues (so we can save money and bring talents in the same time).
Hey massively over succeeded with Torino before he went to Roma. What people don't understand about his Roma stats is how bad of a state Roma is in. Yes they're a big team but their problems run much deeper than one manager. I think he'll bring us some great matches, will we survive? Very unlikely, but I think his brand of football will suit our football players. Archer gonna cook 👌
