Well the resort fees are a constant, you pay the same whether the room is $20 or $200 lol...the fact that the room itself was 65 bucks is what sold it for us.

The discovery of Dale and Paula just made my day. I love their authenticity - a very welcome change in the youtube landscape. I cannot rave enough about how much fun Carnival at Harrah's was when my friend and I were in Vegas last summer. The locals recommended it for a great cover band and it was the most fun evening we had on the strip.
Best Vegas review channel!!! I’m usually in Vegas about once a month. I like to gamble and can’t say no to free rooms. I’ve never stayed at Harrah’s and I get free offers all the time. I would hope that all these fantastic casinos give you something for such great reviews on there properties.

Harrah's is a spot we have stayed at for years. Glad to see that they finally did a great renovation of the property, because it was really starting to look run down. Thank You for your time and talents in showing us this property. Hope Dale had a Great Birthday earlier this month.

Wow, that's a well done remodel. I've always considered Harrah's to be sort of a dive, but it looks like those days are over. The only thing that looks like it's lacking is the pool area, but as far as I'm concerned that's fine. I'm not interested in the pool anyway. ;) Thanks for the run down!

Wonderful look at Harrahs! 200 million renovation wow! Have you guys seen Mac King’s magic show? He’s an absolute genius, highly entertaining, I highly recommend it. It’s also quite a low price ticket and something to check out in the afternoon. Great for all ages as you mentioned. Again, highly recommended!

We have stayed at Harrah's 7 times since the beginning of 2018. We love the location & always seem to get a room for $10(not including resort fees) a night because we stay during the week. Although the design of the shower isn't very good..only because water gets on the floor when you're showering, the rooms are pretty nice in the Valley Tower. So heartbreaking as we normally visit Vegas 4 times a year or so and it just doesn't look like that will happen this year. Take care!!

Harrah's is kind of the forgotten property along the Strip - it doesn't get talked about a lot, it's always kind of "just there". But they do a good job of upkeep and maintaining the standard expected of a mid-range Strip hotel. They deserve lots of kudos for that.

That was a great look at Harrah’s now. I’m thinking positive. The pandemic shut down was for a reason and it looks like VEGAS took advantage. Can’t wait to go back. Ultimate goal is to move in. Thank you for the short staycation.❤️
We too are thinking positive - the resorts kept busy while they were shut down, expecting guests to return, and we are crossing our fingers they will. The room rates are crazy low, and if you can come this year, you are gonna get quite a deal.

Harrah’s looks really nice! We may need to try it next time. We went to Virgil’s in New York in 2016 and loved it so we’ll need to try the Vegas one. Still not sure when we’ll be back. You made this video just in time, I'll be staying there tomorrow. I usually stay at the Cosmo but with the remodeled suites I prefer it now. It's also smaller so a shorter walk to the strip and walking distance from everything.

The fact that resort fees cost almost the same as the room fees is appalling!
$50. Lol. No thanks. $50 for a bbq meal too is high. Guess I will continue to eat at Panda and food courts when there.
If you have a Diamond card or above there are no resort fees. The rooms are usually comped, too.

Although the design of the shower isn't very good..only because water gets on the floor when you're showering, the rooms are pretty nice in the Valley Tower. @@paulamckenzie Hi Paula, I thought of you this evening when my husband and I decided to cancel our trip to Vegas in a little over a month :( So sad we had to give up this great deal at Caesars ... but as we have watched several videos from Vegas on RUclips this last month I don't know that it is something we would enjoy visiting at the moment. So heartbreaking as we normally visit Vegas 4 times a year or so and it just doesn't look like that will happen this year. Take care!!

I took a one way flight from Las Vegas to a remote ranch here in Mexico 3 and a half months ago. Im miss my city and I can't wait to get back on July 2nd!!! good times ahead

Harrah's is kind of the forgotten property along the Strip - it doesn't get talked about a lot, it's always kind of "just there". But they do a good job of upkeep and maintaining the standard expected of a mid-range Strip hotel. They deserve lots of kudos for that.
I agree with you completely on this. And given our personal experience at Harrah's a few months ago, I would absolutely stay there again.

That was a great look at Harrah’s now. I’m thinking positive. The pandemic shut down was for a reason and it looks like VEGAS took advantage. Can’t wait to go back. Ultimate goal is to move in. Thank you for the short staycation.❤️
We too are thinking positive - the resorts kept busy while they were shut down, expecting guests to return, and we are crossing our fingers they will. The room rates are crazy low, and if you can come this year, you are gonna get quite a deal.

Yes right - some folks just love the downtown vibe, others don’t. Something for every taste and budget for sure. 😊

Harrah’s looks really nice! We may need to try it next time. We went to Virgil’s in New York in 2016 and loved it so we’ll need to try the Vegas one. Still not sure when we’ll be back. Thanks for doing these videos again. Great to see how the casinos are using this as an opportunity to improve themselves. Xx

Wow thats an amazing deal for the room. I usually stay in a smaller room at Caesars for considerably more $$$. I think next time I visit, I'll check out Harrah's and try that money in the slots

Originally I was going to wait a while to go back to Vegas, but then I saw your last staycation video. I looked at Wynn's prices and I don't think I'll ever have another opportunity to stay there. I booked it for August and I can't wait!
You did the right thing - grab those reasonable prices while you can, especially for a class resort like Wynn! As for the intro, yes, we have mixed feelings too - nostalgia for the old jingle, but also like the jazzy new graphic. Hard to pick.

You made this video just in time, I'll be staying there tomorrow. I usually stay at the Cosmo but with the remodeled suites I prefer it now. It's also smaller so a shorter walk to the strip and walking distance from everything.
