Was it just me or did anyone else gasp in horror when he dug his fingers into that beautiful work of static grass? 🤣 Awesome display of how to use your products. I've heard good things about this product, and now I've seen how to use it. Thanks
Thanks for the video, really informative.Bought the applicator, selection of grass, basing glue and other bits and pieces this week. Fortunate to live close enough to visit the store. Really friendly and helpful staffer, looking forward to visiting again.
Been looking at getting an applicator for my scenics but always put off by not knowing enough, great to have it all on one package and a helpful tutorial on how to use it!
This is by far the best video I've seen on how to apply static grass, and I've placed it in my Favorite Section for future reference. I have one question with regard to the positive end of the circuit. Could that be attached to the body of the applicator near the end rather than having to hold it?
Currently on your website none of the scatters are available apart from just a few. Will the rest be returning to stock sometime in the near future? Just wanted to check :)
@@CymruJedi hi yeah we are waiting on a delivery, but this will take some time. They are going on a long trip 😳😤. Keep an eye 👁️ on our socials to know when they back in stock.
I have just ordered your ultimate starter bundle but there is very little for N gauge as per grass sizes. Can we have more on N Gauge as most firms only think of 00.
@@ITSMDGM sorry about that. We are waiting for a delivery, unfortunately our supplier has put us back and put us back It is due back in stock next week as long as it doesn’t get snowed in 😱🤪
OK, makes perfect sense, thanks. Just wanted to check as pretty much most of the DIY builds I've watched are connecting the positive output to the mesh, a few inside the hopper, and the probe is negative. You definitely get great results that's for sure
@@Bunyip_Studios ah ok. That’s because they do not understand how it works. When they do that, the power is in the wrong place. The grass is sitting on the power which then wants to throw it in the air. The negative field needs to be behind the grass. Which in turn then is drawn towards the positive field 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hi thanks. Yes we can change the micro for an N gauge one and change the 6mm wild meadow for 4mm. Just email our customer service or phone them to change it.
No that is and urban myth. You do not need to the negative is in the hopper the positive end is the crocodile clip. So as long as it’s close to the hopper that better it will work
Really enjoyed that Martyn, my hills are calling for some WWS action! ❤
Thanks for the demo and tuition at Model Rail Scotland! Looking forward to using our kit 🙂
Cheers, added to my wish list. I hope Santa thinks I've been good 🙏

Thank you. Yes if you have a rubber band. Just keep it close to the bottom of the hopper
Great video, wish I could get the aerosol spray glue in the states!

So you have the negative lead inside the hopper?
@@Bunyip_Studios the negative is in the hopper that’s how static grass works. Yes 👍🏼
OK, makes perfect sense, thanks.

cool, makes perfect sense to me, glad I asked now. Thanks again
Can I use other makes of spray adhesive?
I have never used any others. And I am not aware there are any other layering sprays. We developed static grass layering spray. You can try.
I'm sold. That looks fantastic. Would you change anything for n gauge?
Ps found you on the RAILpeople podcast

Need sunglasses looking at that 😂
Is it meant to be making that squeaking sound
Nope. It’s not meant to make a noise at all
Starts out by talking smack on PVA, you've got my attention....
Does look good but it's so expensive u must have over 300 pounds just there
£89.99 is good value 🤔
@stevegriffiths566 for everything?
And the extra bottles?
Hi. It’s £89.99 for the whole set including glues grass app and the box it comes in
@@darrenfawkner2018yes my friends and the presentation box is really nice.😊
