Preparing for a cook is a definite must! Donβt know how many times Iβve planned something but didnβt bother to check I had all of the ingredients only to find out I donβt and itβs too late to figure out alternatives! Same goes for checking batteries for your probe and camera!

You speak the truth man! I've had the same issue! That is why before I start a cook nowadays I check all the ingredients one by one before I start π
