    What is the belief here if someone hurt me again and again because of my people pleasing and all the past hurt thoughts keep coming up.

      Hi! Great question. The greatest way to discover your limiting belief is to pay attention to what you say to yourself when someone hurts you. I always get taken advantaged of, no one can be trusted, I will never be unconditionally loved, I’m never enough, etc, that’s how you discover you discover the belief you hold within yourself.
