Hi, first of, thanks for this vid, and the previous one of course.
i found an error in q5. if i change the material to 1060 alloy aluminium the mass is 648.38, so it doesnt match with the mass indicated in the vid. Although if i leave the material at aisi 1020 the mass matches with the answer in the vid. 1849.07g

First of all I´m really really grateful for this video since there are no other videos on RUclips about segment 2 in CSWP. While I was modeling this segment, few time I´ve got wrong answers. If some one was wondering then material used in the videos are Q4 AISI 1020, Q5 1060 Al Q6 AISI 1020
Q6 is wrong. You got the answer 1184.72g by suppressing chamfer 2 and 3 NOT 1&2.
Question 8 asks for fillets and the cutting shape to be modified and re orientated and yet in the graphics for question 9 we are back to square one. Question 10 bottom view shows no groove across the bottom but the elevation shows there is still a groove.
This exam is almost impossible to pass in the short time given, even for an expert, considering you have to spend at least 10 minutes deciphering the questions.
First of all, thank you for the practice exam! I encountered error when changing C@boss-extrude1 from 30 to 32. Shell2 feature can't be built. Found out that the holes (Cut-Extrude3) are not "through all" but blind at 30 mm.

These files are riddled with errors. In the first model, question 6 you ask to suppress chamfer 1 and chamfer 2 but the answer model you suppress chamfer 2 and chamfer 3. Similarly, cut extrude 2 is through holes but you have given a blind dimension. His does not cut thorough the model in config 3.
In question 6, it says, suppress Chamfer 1 and 2!! you suppressed 2 and 3 ?!?!

in 5th question you forgot to change material to Aluminum 1060 alloy, so I got 648.38 grams.

Hi I am getting 618.67grams. with alloy steel I am getting 1764.36grams. M2 config modified
Suppressing chamfers 1 & 2 causes some other issues for my part. If I let it let it auto-suppress chamfer 3, I get the answer in the video. Was that the intent of the question or was it a mistake? I can't immediately figure out how to fix chamfer 3 either. How do you fix it properly?
