Why I can't receive call rings on my watch? I can only dial a number from it and just receive missed calls and message notifications. Only one feature the steps count is not accurate. In 10 mins in the house it already counted 1,000 steps and keeping in mind that I haven’t move that much to generate that much steps.

I bought this watch but sometimes alexa doesn't work. The microphone just stops working when it comes to alexa and to fix it I have to manually sync it on my phone. Do you also know how to automatically sync the watch?

Only one feature the steps count is not accurate. In 10 mins in the house it already counted 1,000 steps and keeping in mind that I haven’t move that much to generate that much steps.
