crazy thing about this scene is that even though crocodile is in the cage with the cuffs on, you basically controls this scene. he knows his value, he knows luffy is in a bad situation, and he uses that to his advantage perfectly.

He wanted the smoke with Whitebeard, Doflamingo, saved Ace from execution temporarily, threw hands with Mihawk, AND saved Luffy and Jinbei from Akainu. In my Head Canon, Crocodile is on par with Doffy and Mihawk. He was just introduced way too early. And seems weaker than the rest cuz he was defeated without Gears.
