Best Fiordiligi ever! Her voice here is just beautiful, as always, but in this role, Margaret gives her best! What a perfect interpretation and a pure and wonderful coloratura! This is just perfect! I love Marshall's voice! BRAVA MARGARET!
She's really one of the best and finest opera singers ever! Her voice is perfect in every role (especially in Baroque (she's the best baroque singer EVER) and Mozart! Her voice is one of the most angelic voice i've ever heard! Such a beautiful interpretation and this is the best "Cosi Fan Tutte" ever! The recording with the great MM, Agnes Baltsa, Francisco Araiza, James Morris, Kathleen Battle and José Van Dam conducts by Riccardo Muti is just the best "Cosi Fan Tutte" recording ever! What an exemplary Mozartian. Margaret Marshall sings with such a beautiful tone and style. I could listen to her all day.
The recording from the year earlier (different Dorabella) is one of the finest - such a shame it's only sporadically available.

Better than boring Janowitz if we’re talking this voice type.
Marshall is though better elsewhere. Lovely voice.
Very nice singing! Some odd pronunciation, but it’s a great take on the aria :)
che voce orrenda e che interpretazione ridicola .... ho sempre trovato che la Marshall avesse un brutto timbro e riascoltando questa registrazione ne ho la riprova , inoltre ha costantemente gli occhi attaccati al direttore e quindi hai dei movimenti scenici assolutamente innaturali , bloccati , incongruenti e privi di relazione con il testo e con i personaggi, nonostante questa versione di Hampe sia molto ben fatta. La salvano le colorature , giusto quelle , ma per il resto fa veramente... La stessa aria , nella stessa versione e con lo stesso direttore , cantata dalla Dessi , é tutt'altro ascoltare e guardare...

Horrendous voice??? What an inappropriate and misjudged comment. I have heard her sing live on many occasions and would entirely disagree with your ludicrous criticism.
