How to replace the door mirror on a Mercedes Vito (W639 Series) 2003-3/2011

In this video, I show how to remove and replace the drivers side door mirror on my Vito van.
This is the manual, non-electric door mirror and the removal and refitting is the same for either side.
This method may be similar for other makes or models, but the video is specifically for the model of van in the video title, so results/methods may vary.
