get a x car just grind for that all i can say and then you have to do the same thing the guy under me or over me said like put ur tune gears to max except for second gear u gotta put second gear to anything between .50 and .100 and then you have to just race them and wait it out

Set your tune. max everything out except second gear out second gear at 0.77 then just race in the 1 mil tournaments and stay In second gear
