It's confirmed that he will be voicing johnny! If you go onto his profile page on Wikipedia and scroll down to the 'Roles' Part, go right to the bottom and you will see that It's confirmed but the anime release date has yet to be announced.

Honestly can't wait for this scene to be animated. Tusk Act 4 is such a beast of a Stand and the fact it just rips open Love Train like it's nothing while making that high pitch cry makes it all the more terrifying.

for me i always imagined tusk act 4's chumimin to be this slow, bellowing thing that completely contrasts the original three acts solely because of how scared funny valentine seemed to be when he heard it
This is the best version because you actually used the correct and original order of panels and dialogues like in the manga, in many animations Johnny says it has truly, truly been a very long roundabout path while barraging Valentine, but he says that before
To be fair I also took some liberties with it, some panels are cut out and voice line timing is a bit different but just slightly.

part 7 is just stunning storytelling man. i honestly didn't think araki had this shit in him after finishing the main universe, I thought how could it get better than this, and this fucker goes and writes some of the best characters in the damn manga medium like johnny and gyro (and might I say josuke too). this animation is wonderful man. love that you were able to get kaji yuki's voice for johnny as well. i really hope he gets to stay as johnny even tho he already did koichi.

Why not enjoy the part that's happening right now? Yes, SO is flawed but literally so is every other part in the series. There's nothing that different from it than the others, besides some youtubers bandwagon SO is bad.
Another main reason is people sped through it and dont enjoy the part since they want to get to SBR quick.
Golden Wind was also hated alot UNTIl the anime for it appeared, in which many people still call it the best part.
