So crazy that you just uploaded this. I’m coming from a binge and have been trying to overcome binge eating for over a year now. I want to be kinder to myself and be able to eat whatever I want.. I want the food freedom 🥺
For the first time I allowed myself to order something other then a salad at chipotle. I ordered a bowl and ate less then half but felt so satisfied. I also ordered chips I couldn’t stop thinking about…I ate a few and was completely happy with that.
How do I approach intuitive eating with food allergies and as I am healing my body from inflammation and having to eliminate certain foods for a period of time?
Same boat here. I just thought of this on the way to work this morning that there isn’t true food freedom when you have food intolerances and still have to eliminate some of your favorites because of that alone. It’s like no matter what you are still restricting.
@@jessicaraewood5016 I have food sensitivities but I don't see it as restricting. I see it as eating what works in my body. I love the foods that work for me and feel good about eating those. Maybe this reframe can help?
