My guess is that these hazmat guys have either been in the back rooms so long that they've gone a tiny bit insane or that they're actually disposable, genetically engineered clones produced by a corporation to explore, without losing any major assets.
Or sociopathic criminals with given option to work in The Corporation for several years/completing X numbers of checklists until given freedom instead of death sentence. In short the choice is between quick death sentence of fate worse than death.

@@D3K43 The old suits were hazmat hazmat suits, like scientific style, for dangerous substances. However, these new guys are more combat based, their suits are tight to their bodies and their gasmasks are fit for the stock of a firearm. Their tight suits allow them to move much more freely.
Seeing that first arch/walkway with the railing in the pool area was interesting, because it had nothing whatsoever connecting to it or leading up to it... no real purpose. It reminded me that that's the whole deal with the backrooms - an incomplete, unformed version of what reality should be.
I like to believe the regular backroom vids are of old days, and these ones are gen z who picked up where they left off and backroom adapted to them just cause chaos.
“There’s worse places to be” that’s true if this is the pool rooms. There are no entities back in the pools rooms, its mostly peaceful, the water has a calming effect, there is a location where food spawns in, the only place you have to worry about is the dark part of the pool rooms and that’s only because if you go into the dark waters deep enough you way contract a disease if you drink the deep dark water. Otherwise it’s a fine place to call your new home in the backrooms. Nice window light with a light dark cycle. Some places you can yell and it will be as if your voice doesn’t carry and other places where the smallest noises will be very loud. I mean sure, its no paradise, but if your gonna be stuck somewhere, that’s a good place. Especially if you find other people.

But they both died and now there’s 1 left, I think this one was a bit violent, and I like that. 4:00 here I think, this whole time after the guy who fell off the by the pole, survived but didn’t actually. He was just a hallucination from the guys sanity of how long he’s been in the backrooms, it’s kinda sad seeing the people you were with be gone and you thought they were back but it was just a hallucination, and your all alone again. The videos are getting sadder and better! Like in the carnival one he sacrifised himself and let his friend escape in the elevator from the doll and monsters. I want some kind of terrain generator algorithm but with natural terrain instead of backrooms. Then have it be one giant multiplayer server and you can customize your yellow suit with different tubes and masks
I remember seeing the original liminal space photo of this when I was making a music video of mine, the idea of it being a fast maze like this is a very different flavor of terrifying, because even if you knew the way you couldn't swim up those waterfalls, you'd just go lower and lower and....

I really like how your content has changed, but subtly. Your content used to be nice backrooms videos to come to after the horrors of Kane Pixels and other creators. I think this subtle change is great moving forward to keep the fun while adding lore and more character. Make a series! This is perfect for binge-watching.
I know next to nothing about computer-generated films, cameras, and the like, so I can only say that this editing (?) is amazing. And that I wish an amusement park had the means to create a Backrooms Pool-rooms attraction. Like Disneyland has with Pirates of the Caribbean, using an underground show building and passenger rafts and more than half a million gallons of water. Sadly, I'm not sure kids would appreciate the understated creepiness and they would want it spoiled with lots of pool 'entities'.
