Your videos are so amazing Dr. Jeong!! Always jealous of the quality of your vids. And love the tips and advice! Love the little flowchart of when to see the patient, do chart review, or put in skeleton orders. Also the tips on using a WOW at the bedside is huge - I was doing this as an intern and an attending told me I shouldn't do it . . . but honestly I feel like it saves so much time, allows me to chart review more if needed on specific things while talking to the patient, and helps expedite the patient's care. As long as you're good at typing without having to look at the screen/keyboard I feel like it doesn't detract from the patient experience at all. I'm definitely going to start doing it more now after hearing you recommend it! :)
Omg thank you so much!! I'm surprised you were told not to use the computer in this day and age. I def think you can type at the bedside and still build rapport with a patient. Plus, efficiency is so key to work-life balance! Work smarter, not harder. :)
OMG this is soooo helpful esp since we are doing admissions now....thank you soooo much!!!! I appreciate this and will share with the rest of the NP group!!!!!
Thank you soo so much!! I just started rotations this week on inpatient pediatrics and was wondering how to do an admission h&p and not miss anything important!! Really appreciate this video and looking forward to the chart review video!!

as you started nocturnist recently, how many admissions do you do a 1-night shift ???average.
An easy night can be as low as 3 admissions, and a busy night as high as 8! Not too shabby! :)
