My problem with this waterfront property is your next door neighbour can walk into your property from the walkway by the waterfront
Yeah, true. But living there myself, there's a common understanding and respect concerning property rights. People living with that kind of income stream aren't worried about neighbor's stealing, etc.
I'm waiting on a settlement, and every time I enquired about the price, I got the real estate company e-mailing me about every little shit'n thing. The more I enquired, the more people bugged me. I wish they'd just post the asking price for crap sake!
So what do you suppose this one cost?

No they are not, the decor looks neoclassical which fits in with the building love it.....this are not modern buildings or new build.....love the buildings in the seafront
