I just want to take a moment and say that your videos are truly a blessing, I’m also on the autism spectrum and I sometimes have a very difficult time connecting with other people in a lot of different scenarios but honestly your videos/vlogs have really helped me out recently and I feel like I learn something new everyday because of it. God bless you and your wonderful family 🙏💙
During my childhood my dad took us camping every summer, and we would always go to a different camping site that we've never been to before rather than going to the same camping site over and over again, and that was because during the 1980s and 1990s we weren't required to make reservations in order to go camping unlike today where we are required to make reservations, which made it a lot easier to go on camping trips.
🥰 swimming can be a therapeutic activity for many on the autism spectrum like myself and your sons as swimming can help lower stress and boost our mood plus be a positive outlet for excess energy
I have autism and I am an adult. I have a job and I pay taxes and bills. I have seen a couple of your videos and I really appreciate how you handle everything and treat autism less as a disability and more as a difference. Your videos are by and large informative and not condescending like many autism parents are. A lot of the time I feel like autistic people are treated like they're a burden or like they will be a child forever even into adulthood. So, thank you for what you do. I know that there is probably a lot that happens off camera, but it's clear that you're a great dad and many social media "autism dads" and "autism moms" could really learn something from you and your family.
Hello Robin happy birthday to you! You have wonderful kids! Your kids loved you Robin! This is very nice! Ian is a beautyful Teen he love his parents! Ian is a Child of God!
Both me and my brother love the water. Problem my friends don't want to join me because I don't leave. Happy birthday Rob! 🎈🎈🥳. I love chocolate ice cream
Buffalo Bill's is where we stop on the way to Knott's. I wish that roller coaster was open. I would recommend visiting Knott's Independence Hall next time you are there if you like history.
Los Angeles California sounds like a good place to go swimming I like going swimming but one thing I will point out. Do not go swimming if there is lightning because water is a good conductor of electricity.
This is 100% my kind of vaykay! The air b&b is fabulous, im a bit jealous!! Lol I'm on the east coast & we youdont see that style of homes here, except for Florida!!
Saw that hiking trail and thought "Oh that looks lovely, i'd love to hike somewhere like that", the moment you said "Hot dry air in your face" my perspective did a 180 lmao. I'll stick to the Scottish Chill here lol.
I believe my son has autism, he's 11 months old. Did any of your children have problems reaching developmental milestones. (Sitting, standing, walking, speaking, showing affection etc?) My kid can roll around and sit up for extended periods in a bumbo chair but that's the extent of his skills. Also he seemed to understand humor or humorous situations on tv at a very young age. He laughs at appropriate times and even remembers when funny parts are coming up because the suspense kills him and he laughs like crazy. His memory is really good, far beyond any of my other kids at his age. It's a mixed bag, just wondering what your experiences were.
It’s pretty early to tell at that age. Watch to see how his social skills develop (eye contact, pointing, talking, sharing). If he doesn’t show any signs of those developments you may want to look further into things.
Dr. Aboda was extremely kind and gentle with my son during his assessment. He gave my son time to think and respond to his questions and was very patient whilst waiting for my son to respond. *Dr Aboda* was totally calm and understanding. Autism
hi autism fam i have autism like ian conner and allister i find it hard to make friends or communicate when in a meltdowns but i also think that people dont understand autism like you

Hello Robin my severe tooth ache is better as tomorrow! And my severe cold is almost gone god he healed me ! The church of Jesus Christ later day saints is the best church for my life! I want to become a member of the church of Jesus Christ later day saints ❤Tamara
You can call missionaries and they can help teach you about our faith in Jesus Christ 👍 www.churchofjesuschrist.org/service-missionary/contact?lang=eng
You don't notice the autism as much as the boys get older. Connor is such a cool kid. Ian is so whitty. Allister is just such a happy kid. I really hope that they are making friends. They have grown up so much. Such gentleman.
Hey 7 Ahead I’m not trying to be too personal but I need your honest help & advice . Me & my mom got into it today over my curtain falling down along with the rod as well . I told her wasn’t she the one that said things happen but she lashed out cussing me out & basically taking her stress , frustration out on me which upset me real bad . We started yelling at each other and she chased & sent me out the house for 2 hours . I feel as if i did nothing wrong but she sees the opposite of me talking back & being disrespectful . Reasoning with her via text about my autism being apart of the mood regulation deficit while I was outside but did nothing but upset her even more . We got into many other altercations about other situations before & she always said me being disrespectful started it . I question my life on why I was even born into this world and specifically my family because It felt like I wasn’t raised right & my childhood was bad even though I still have a roof over my head and the other survival needs. 7 ahead what’s your honest advice to help my situation ? Will god handle it or what ?
From what I remember when I started learning how to swim around age twelve I learned how to float on my back, then I learned how to kick, and then how to do the dog paddle. After that I learned some other swimming techniques and how to dive off the diving board. I eventually learned that but I had a number of belly flops first. I still remember how that felt. At the swimming school we were all told that we should only wear bathing suits while swimming because anything more than that might be too heavy.
One of the more unusual ice cream flavors I have heard of is Parmesan cheese. I was just watching a video yesterday that showed how to make this flavor. It was made from an old recipe going back to the 1600s or 1700s. I would consider trying it except that recipe has eggs in it and I am probably allergic to egg. If an egg free version of the recipe exists I might eventually consider trying that.
You have a beautiful family! Sadly , I was told by my Dr that I will never be able to have kids. So I’ve decided to not date or get married because I don’t want to take that away from a man. God wants us to multiply and my body is broken , so I can’t do that. I would have loved to get married and had kids of my own though. My brother has kids though and so it’s nice to have some family and I have my wonderful parents of course. But it still hurts that I can’t have my own kids
I am really sorry for you, but dont be sad. we can't do anything with byself. I want to tell you something. Trust your God and build your family, and try it to get your own children. Because i know a lot of women give up like you because of medical results, but after a years they have their own children. I pray for you. Good luck
You can always take it as a reason to adopt or foster. There are a lot of kids who need homes, and everything happens for a reason. If you believe in God, you should believe that He doesn’t make mistakes.. so, your inability to have your own children may mean that your child is out there, they just aren’t biological. But, if this isn’t the path for you, don’t feel bad about yourself. You aren’t broken. And don’t feel as if you don’t deserve love. There is someone out there for you, who either had the same situation, or who doesn’t want kids.
4:25 coco is the absolute best movie to watch in that home

Duly noted ;)
@@AutismFamilyChannel You’re welcome however, a typical lightning flash is about 300,000,000 V and 30,000 A according to the national weather service

Hello to Ian and Connor and his brother you have a awesome family
his brothers name is Alistair
I can relate to the autism family entirely because I received my diagnosis last month and the symptoms definitely show it
Failure to thrive is very common on the spectrum so appreciate that they are eating

The artwork of the 2000s version of care bears is different from the artwork of the original 1980s care bears.

One of the video games reminds me of Pole Position from the 1980s.
I have autism.
But, my parents treat me like they don’t know what it is.
Sorry to hear
Do your boys like having autism ok is it it hard for them having autism to focus easier how they feel about this having autism ?

As tall as me 😄
