Wow, you got an uncensored version. When aired, the whole final speech was beeped out, cos Comedy Central weren't okay with this, even in a satirical form, they could get sued. Still looked hilarious as one of the major points of these episodes was censorship.

I mean Scott was a big twist but if you've seen where all of these references come from you get that "OOOOOOOOOOOH" moment every 3 minutes in this episode
The South Park episode shown up above is a reference to The Joker in Batman: The Killing Joke
I like how the Chilli Con Carnival is inspired by Joker’s creepy fun fair from Batman: The Killing Joke… such as how Scott’s throne resembles the Joker’s throne and how the rollercoaster ride is based on the one that Joker puts Gordon through to try and torture him into going insane.
I noticed that too which made the South Park episode even cooler.
When this episode originally aired, the end where everybody starts talking about the lesson they learned for the day was beeped. One long drawn-out beat that started two words into what everyone was saying up until the point where Stan looks at the camera at the end and says, "yeah.'

Trey Parker and Matt Stone are the creators, I think the most impressive part of the show is that they come up with these genius episodes in a single week. 200 and 201 are two of their funniest episodes in my opinion.

now hes gotta see the willzyx episode. season 9 ep 13. to get that final scene. hes learning the secrets. i hope he checks out the imagination land episodes. nice 3 parter that comes together like a short movie. it was their first "special" without Randy being in the weed farming business.
Let me tell you. I feel Matt stone and Trey Parker (creators of South Park) are cut from the same cloth as Dave Chappelle.
Even that last bit, it's a reference to an episode that ended with the boys sending a killer whale to the moon, coz they were tricked into believing that it was a talking whale that was from the moon.
Even the black president thing, that's a reference to the 2008 elections episode.

You gotta see the episode Willzyx in order to understand the whale on the moon punchline at the end. I remember dying of laughter when they aired Tom Cruise on the moon.

The carnival scene in this episode was basically The Killing Joke. In this case, Tenorman is Joker. The comic is better. But they did the cartoon for it about 5 years ago. Although the Batgirl arc that was added (probably to fill time) was fairly stupid.

I only now noticed that the scene with Scott at the Carnival is a reference to Batman The Killing Joke. They even used the same coloring from the 1988 graphic novel .
This is one of those episodes where it would’ve been better to watch the previous for it to really hit
It’s very rare to see this episode uncensored. I remember when I first saw it on Comedy Central that I was so annoyed with so much beeps, it’s one thing to not show an image of Muhammad but the fact that you can’t even mention Muhammad by name is insane.
I think that lunapark ride scene is taken from "Batman: The Killing Joke", when Joker kidnaps Gordon to lunapark.
I thought the same, there's even some influence from heath ledger's joker

Sorry to be "that guy", but Season 14 episode 6 is called "Poor & stupid" I think it's when Cartman tries to be a nascar racer. I got up to season 21 of South Park on DVD.
Production order 200 & 201 were episodes 5 & 6 of season 14. Poor & Stupid was episode 8.
