    That’s a proper tarmac job Justin . So many people tell you tarmac drives are useless .well they are if they are not done right like your one . Job looks A class . All there short now is a continuation of the front boundary wall and that timber fence gone.

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping
      @brickrightbuildinglandscaping  3 года назад

      We waited and went for the right company i didnt want to rush it through after we spent so much time on getting it right.
      We did price up for the front wall it was expensive as its so big .planning didn't agree to it so the temporary fence is coming down and a new hedge is going to be planted .
      Thanks for the kind comments.
      Justin 👍

      @@brickrightbuildinglandscaping interesting . What was the planning departments issue with the wall was it on height grounds or something else

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping
      @brickrightbuildinglandscaping  3 года назад

      @@brickbybric i think if i remember rightly it was the height and the fact the wall was so long and big .No other property in the area has a wall like it so planning refused it i think that was it so hedging is now going in which will look nice anyway so 👍.

    Brilliant job. I'm having a small 23 sq metre drive. Would that need the 200 ml hardcore and the drainage. No one as mentioned that. Some have said 30 hardcore. Thanks

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping
      @brickrightbuildinglandscaping  3 года назад +1

      Well its my opinion to add a minimum of 150mm hardcore some go with 100mm but i like to over engineer which costs but its a better job .
      As for the drainage a full site survey would need to take place to determine the drainage and how best to deal with that ..23 sq is small but still needs to be done right.
      Good luck with it trust is a big thing if you trust your installation team then hopefully all will go well for you .

      The grass was amazing the best I've ever had and the client mowed it to short when it was wet and left all the clippins in top .the sun came out it all crusted over killing all what was underneath resulting in the patches.ive work hard on it got rid of all the clippings which took graft I've fertilizer it and seeded it all free just to get it back I was gutted he ruined it didn't listen to instructions but hay ho it looks better now .

    • @brickrightbuildinglandscaping

      Minimum of 60mm first coat of base coat tarmac then Minimum of 40mm 6mm wearing course .
