Great post! Was really into casting my sculpture a number of years ago and even purchased metal powders to try cold casting but because of other commitments have never actually gotten around to it. This has definitely inspired me to pull my finger out and get busy with it!
Hello, post curing can help with increased physical properties. You will need to read the technical bulletin for the material you are using and follow the post cure schedule. Yes there are UV top coats that can help to absorb and protect the piece from UV light. I suggest small scale tests to ensure that the process you use is right for your project. You can also always reach out to our tech support team for further help. www.smooth-on.com/support/ticket/add/agree/
Sculpt Nouveau tiffany green patina spray works really well on the bronze. I was hoping you'd show us the magic way to deal with seams on a two part mould when using metal powders. Oh well....

You are very welcome!
Doesn't post-curing aid with temperature for using resin pieces outdoors, also adding UV topcoat can deflect and absorb UV wavelengths.

Have you helped anyone implement this in a more high production environment? or would you recommend something else for higher production?

Not sure how I feel about a metal outlet cover...
Shocked perhaps?
Ha thats a good one. You might have a career in stand up comedy. Its mostly plastic and has very little metal in it.
I have trouble finding your metal powders. :/
If you are in the US, you should be able to get these through Reynolds - www.reynoldsam.com/product/metal-powder/
