No way man, this band has evolved far passed that album. I feel anything they make should only continue to evolve and not regress. I mean this in a nice way, we are both fans and you're a decent man. I respect your opinion and want you to know this is not an attack; only sharing my thoughts on the band as a whole.
Check out "Act of denial" I think its what your looking for, Strid is the singer.

@@johnvoulgarakis4681 Ive heard a few songs from them actually thier good. Room 99 is great I love how the ending leads back into a Chainheart Machine. That single song changes the whole meaning of the album, the main character thinks he can get away with murder and get some some peace. Then the chainheart machine is like no "your suffering will be legendary even in hell." Probally one of my favorite concept albums.
I mean, it sounds cool but they now sound way too much like Night Flight Orchestra...
In my opinion they are lost, they have to return to the melodeath, now sounds like TNFO
I'm an endlessly devoted Soilwork fan so it genuinely pains me to say anything even remotely bordering on negative about anything Soilwork related... but this is the truth. I also adore NFO so it's not hating on that. But I'd prefer NFO to be NFO, and Soilwork to be Soilwork. Just my opinion.
Yeah strid needs to separate the two bands we just had one album that was a mix of the two no need for another. My biggest problem with thier last album was actually the drumming, they need to chill with the overabundance of blast beats.
