I think a puck would be useful on the lower crossbar mount section. @6:11 you can see it makes first contact with the ground and your candy apple paint job is gonna be scratched first drop. I say at least a press in puck or some kind of ring cover around the hole would be helpful. @ 6:12
Didn't notice this until you pointed it out, I wonder if this is the case for all makes and models they provide cages for. Here's hoping they can respond to your comment

You also notice that the mirrors are pushed in ,you would have to get them deleted to Also avoid ripping a hole in your upper cowling farrings

I was really curious about how the bike would actually ground when I tipped the bike over and how much of an angle the bike would have to be at!

Something I would definitely consider but too expensive most riders can't afford that. Seems like owner of the company did really great job to find out solution to the falls but I also did consider so much revenue from the item.

Absolutely amazing video with great explanations of all situations. I just purchased that same 2022 blue and black zx6r and was about to buy frame sliders and axles sliders. I mostly commute with the occasional wheelie and rip thru the twisties. I think I'm going for the race rail. Would you still recommend having axle sliders to go with your race rail setup?

I here this a lot in the video but never touched on. You mention no damage to the crash cage but the lower part of it will hit the ground and has no rubber replacements. This means that the rail will become damaged.... Could you go more on about this? Otherwise amazing product!!
Is that the non adjustable sub cage on there as well? Is that a replacement for the standard foot pegs for the rear passenger?

I know I'm late to the video but it's good to see that they don't affect lean angle, that was my major concern on the crash cage. I ride going 60-65 hitting twisty roads. My only question is does the full cage change the geometry of the bike? Like does it interfere with leaning and "hugging" the bike around corners?
Not really, they only weigh 13 pounds. It's not enough weight to affect much.

I have a question about the crash cage version, is it only for stunting? Or let's say you go down at 60 or 80 mph on the freeway or something, it's not going to flip or anything correct? Cause it's only $100 more than the race rail and I'm not going to be stunting ever but I'm also wanting to get the crash cage instead of the race rail and the most protection I can possibly have. Also, I have 2008 zx10r and do you have to cut into the fairing at all on either of these versions? (Crash cage and race rail)

If you forget to put the kickstand down on the zx6r and it falls will that damage the gear shifter? Im sick of having to bend it back and if these cages can stop it from bending in the first place I’ll definitely get one as well as a new shifter

That was my first bike except it was on 08. I dropped it the first night i had it thankfully going very slow with minimal damage done. Wish id had a cage....id say def run one if affordable

How come all I been hearing on your guys name is ppl are having to wait 8 months for there 636 cages to come and I just seen someone say they been waiting 2 months on there Fz cages and been sending emails and can’t get no reply. Beware and order your shit from someone else. Customer service is everything not just quality.

It all depends on the fall, there's a ton of variables to consider. I fell going 130 MPH in my R1 and the bike did not flip and only my mirrors broke off. The bike started right up and just replaced those $90 mirrors. If the R1 did not have a crash cage I would have completely totaled the bike.
That crash cage hits the ground at the bottom first, right on that candy paint, not the puck :-(

@Zwurka if it was to roll away from you because you fell off and it kept going what's going to stop it you ; I don't think so most fall over and crash into the safety gates or street lamp whatever the situation is yeah frame sliders are good but nothing can stop your forks from bending from a front end crash I was just trying to say like stunters use these or super beginners or teaching new riders am I wrong for my opinion just stating nothing is guaranteed with sliders

whoever made this things is stupid. U dont want to just dont touch the main bike, but in case it is sliding in speed, u dont want so pinpoint contact, but actually whole bar to help slide with lowest chance to roll over due to one point to dig into the ground and start rolling and destrroying whole bike. Plus,.. it would be much more better if the contact point was super soft so the bike would not hit the ground hard,
