You're doing a great job sir 🙏
Amazing explained bro
Thku so much sir 😊
IS IT POSSIBLE TO AUTOCLAVE IN NORMAL PRESSURE COOKER,
Yes its possible.
Keep it in high flame for 3-4 whistles and leave it in simmer for 15 minutes and turn off.
We have done many times in cooker, tried and tested method.
Thankyou sir for the reply,
How can I contact you in WhatsApp, is it possible to assist me in tissue culture. Presently I had collected all materials for tissue culture. For doing it in my home.
i done with pressure cooker but the solution didnt solidify, 4gm agar i had used in 500ml,some precipitate were also seen after boiling. is bacteriological grade agar is used
@greenhut1642 Its not because of pressure cooker. Add 5 to 6 gm of agar. Change agar and check once.
3 whistle and 15 minutes simmer.
It works great
