    Hi there, thank you for this great tutorial !!!
    I am using a Tascam US2400 DAW remote controller and as far as I can see or find, Ardour has the best support for it !
    Soo, away with Cubase, Reaper, Studio one, FL studio, Luna, (no support for VST 2 and 3) and a lot others I tried...
    This is a really good starting point for me using Ardour, so many thanks for these first steps..
    This really helps me out, a lot !!!
    b.t.w. nice graphics when opening or closing info fields.
    Where did you get this option?

    Would be also great to mention the percussion mode and lollipop velocity editing in midi editing section

    You can do Ctrl-D to duplicate regions.
