Well in the end really depends on ur voice, the tone, the depth and most important the vocal cords themselves. I just put a little pressure and i achieve that. Its not a specific technique like fry screaming and so on... Everyones voice is different in the end of the day, and theres nothing much you can do to change that.
+318ironhide I'm a totally different vocalist from David. But still i can punch those screams better than David "Live" cause hes gotten older. But in any case, don't be judgemental that early ;)
+OlaPutsInThaMusic you may be able to hit those notes now, cuz David's been doin it for 20+ years and had a surgery on his vocal chords. I'd like to see what your voice would sound like after all that ... Any way I'm not sayin your bad, ur actually really good! But David's voice in his prime was untouchable.
+318ironhide everyone who was in his prime especially young was untouchable. My vocal cords are pretty strong and can endure, but i damaged it recently so i can put myself in davids shoes and its not a nice feeling. But still he is one of my idols, and meeting him one day will be an honor. You have ur opinion, and i did not get mad at any moment. :) Im just glad that you enjoyed the cover :)
