Even when he misses one part of the lyrics at 1:16, the sound is still amazing and seems to be planned

Does anyone know what the second guy plays?

It's kinda like an additional background music what he plays.. Just some basic notes in the 3rd verse (When Jose starts with "Opening up the Vault"), then with chords (when he starts with "All this time.."), and from after the last "witness to the changing tides" on until the end, you can see (or hear) what he plays :)

@@leokainzi8041 Thanks. I wanted to know if anyone knows what notes or chords he play. Because I cannot figure it out by ear

@@5breads689 Okay, so if the order of the strings is B-G-D (going with tab notation rn), then during the 3rd verse it's 8-0-9 (four times), then 7-0-7 (four times), then 5-0-5 (four times), 3-0-4 (two times) and 0-0-0 (two times)..
At the part "All the searted yearnings come to life", he just holds a C Major, and moves it back and forth by 2 frets and fingerpicks sth with the bass (A String) and the higher strings..
Not sure with the chords though, unfortunately I can't give any advice there.. I'm able to play Jose's fingerpicking part, however I don't really know which corresponding chords Jakob uses..
And last but not least, after the last "witness to the changing tides" he uses the three strings E-B-G, and it goes 3-0-0 (four times), 0-3-0 (four times), and then 7 -> 5 -> 0 on the E string and the B string, the arrow indicating a pull-off.. (Four times).. That part with the pull-off is what he plays during Jose's last part aswell (Idle as a wave...)
      Hope that helps :)
