Don’t stop! I like your videos, your silliness, the animals and contemporary stylings. As a renovator and lover of interiors and architecture, I’ve become bored with a lot of the chateau videos where the owners shop for nothing but (uncomfortable) 18th century furniture. I wonder, are they creating a home or a museum? Anyway, what I’m trying to say is you guys seem to respect the architecture while furnishing your home with a comfortable mix of things (new and old) to make your home warm and inviting.
I LOVE your channel. You always put a smile on my face. Maybe because you seem so approachable. Some chateau renovators leave me in awe, how do they find that many hours in a day to do all they do and then edit it all. But you two are just two regular folks getting on with renovating your house. And what a house! Just like I coulda, shoulda, woulda done in another life. Love that you can laugh at yourselves too. Don't give up! I rely on your renovation antics, your animals, and your humor to brighten my days. Like you, I'm an American with an EU passport. I live in Austria now after having renovated an old farmhouse in Croatia with my ex-wife. We had a bewildering number of projects, a large garden wiped out by a half-hour hailstorm, COVID, and an endless stream of stray cats taking up residence, which led to a campaign to spade/neuter every animal we could get our hands on (unfortunately, laws prohibited extending the effort to our neighbors themselves). Sadly, the marriage couldn't withstand all the fun. So I get a kick out of watching you guys not only cope but thrive, and I truly appreciate the workarounds you manage because of language (god, I know the kinds of gyrations that leads to). I think the point is that you're stricter to earth. You are renovating your home and that's it. There is not much drama or bling-bling in these documentations. Your videos give a very good overview on what you are doing and want to achieve. A lot of the other channels about renovating is to set up a business afterward (most of them don't know yet about the hell of French administration) and people follow these channels to see the outcome. Others like these bling-bling renovations were I get a headache if I see the rooms.

Your projects are interesting and your grounds are beautiful. The tree-lined alley is stunning! These shots feel professional. Not as professional are comments like, “I don’t know, do people want to see that?” Or ”Ok, that’s all I’ve got.” Donkeys’ chomping sounds are cringeworthy, but you seem to have shown less of that lately. I agree with the recommendation that you watch other channels (which you probably already do some of!) with a critical eye. I'm following you guys for quite some time now and I would really be sad if you would leave. I think the reason the channel isn't going so fast, is because you guys are (like people mention in the comments) genuine and honest. Only channels with a certain extravagance are apparently entitled to a number of people and ditto fake accounts / bots. So don't compare yourself with other channels, it's absolutely not necessary. You're such loveable people, you take it easy, don't stress out on the channel.

You are a lovely couple, your work at the Chateau is amazing and I just love your humour, Amanda. Don't get down-hearted. I am sure that it will grow, and the 39.7 existing subscribers really love your channel. Since you asked, I have also started a RUclips channel in the last couple of months. My channel is very different to yours, but I have learned a lot from watching you and what you do. Thank you for inviting us into your lives in France.

Your channel has grown very quickly compared with at least 3 others that I subscribe to and enjoy. Your style is unique and makes your vlogs a special treat. After subscribing a while to each one I’ve become fond of the couples whose adventures I’m following. It sometimes seems to me that yours may be growing more quickly because you don’t talk very much: the quiet sequences make us feel we’re there too, and the captions lighten and guide. So I, for one, hope that you keep going!

I was hooked on your channel when you talked about rescuing animals. I believe it was the one on the donkey, That day I subscribed and watched every single video and can’t wait for the next one every week.

Don’t leave us! Your channel is my favorite for many reasons but your humor is absolutely the best.
I think the point is that you're stricter to earth. You are renovating your home and that's it. There is not much drama or bling-bling in these documentations. Your videos give a very good overview on what you are doing and want to achieve. A lot of the other channels about renovating is to set up a business afterward (most of them don't know yet about the hell of French administration) and people follow these channels to see the outcome. Others like these bling-bling renovations were I get a headache if I see the rooms.

I really enjoy your channel. I look forward to each episode. Your personalities and humor are fun. The animal antics give a personal connection. Your projects are interesting and your grounds are beautiful. The tree-lined alley is stunning! These shots feel professional.
Not as professional are comments like, “I don’t know, do people want to see that?” Or ”Ok, that’s all I’ve got.” Donkeys’ chomping sounds are cringeworthy, but you seem to have shown less of that lately.
I agree with the recommendation that you watch other channels (which you probably already do some of!) with a critical eye. My personal favorites are Chateau la Ferte, Escape to the Chateau, and Chateau Diaries. Good luck. I hope you find the right process for you and your subscriber number jumps!

I so love your 100th video. You included all the things I love about watching your vlogs. In the last year, I have been diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully, I’m in survivorship now. I'm following you guys for quite some time now and I would really be sad if you would leave.
I think the reason the channel isn't going so fast, is because you guys are (like people mention in the comments) genuine and honest.
Only channels with a certain extravagance are apparently entitled to a number of people and ditto fake accounts / bots.
So don't compare yourself with other channels, it's absolutely not necessary.
You're such loveable people, you take it easy, don't stress out on the channel.
I like watching you and your chateau. Your chateau is stunning, as is the work you do. Your humor is refreshing.
