The IT Crowd is wayyyyyyyyyyy better than The Big Bang Theory
Big Bang Theory sold out to attract the mainstream audience, the first few season were pretty decent but yeah it sold out and turned completely shit.
The first 3 seasons of tbbt are awesome. When it gained so much mainstream popularity it became shit. IT crowd and tbbt are not even comparable. They were both made for completely different crowd. I do love the IT crowd more but I do have a place in my heart for tbbt

Richard Ayoade was perfect for Moss. Such a great show.
A lot of times British humor doesn't always resonate with me, but this show is absolutely brilliant. I suppose being IT myself helps.

For me british is always funny or at least i can see the joke, most of american comedy shows though are terrible and not funny at all, uk humour is just better (I'm not from uk)
Mainstream British comedy is terrible, but there are some great alternative shows like IT Crowd, Black Books, or Spaced.

Yeah for many reasons, that's not going to happen, not least because the shows creator has been essentially blacklisted.
It's not so much that he got blacklisted, more that he shat the bed and proceeded to smear said shit all over everything and everyone who came near.

Someone not making a stand for clout or profit from the right (you know them, they are all over you tube), but for an honest principled stand even it it does cost him proffesionally. Good for him.

He is a DEEPLY unpleasant man who has decided to wage a personal war against trans people, even going so far as to create a fake account on a lesbian dating app (so I fail to see how he is "protecting women" when he's essentially trying to manipulate them into responding to a fake account just so he can prove whatever his ridiculous narrow-minded agenda is).

company policy probably. everyone in the building has free psychiatric sessions even if nobody uses them. sure yes I'm reading too deep into a fictional business. but I once worked at a place that offered complimentary psychiatric once employed. partly because of the case of one employee taking their life on site, another waiting till they got home.

It’s actually real people laughing- this was filmed live in a studio with guests watching. A lot of these types of semi- sketch type comedy tv series were in fact filmed in front of a live audience.
