I doubt anyone will see this, but Keith, thank you. I’ve been watching this channel since it started, and this series in particular has helped me so much. I’m recovering from an eating disorder. My anxiety around food used to be so severe, I couldn’t walk into a cafeteria or food court without a full blown anxiety attack. And often, I would eat alone (college is fun that way lol). And when I did… I’d play these videos. It felt like eating with a friend. Plus, it helped me associate joy with the act of eating. You have fun, you make jokes, you bring in guests and friends and everyone is smiling and laughing. It’s helped me immensely, so I don’t feel alone when I eat and also so I can associate something positive with food. And for that, I thank you so much. I’m much healthier thanks to you, Keith
Samesies. This series has been a huge help for my eating disorder. I am now doing so much better, but this became a solid safe space for me in recovery, to re-associate food with good feelings instead of anxiety. Especially food I would instinctively consider "unhealthy" and therefore so much scarier.

Same here! When I can't eat I put these on and it helps actually activate my hunger cues and it's comforting to watch him be goofy and have fun. There's probably so many of us that this series helps. Actually as a former Baskin-Robbins employee the reason there’s 31 flavors is because they wanted to have a flavor for each day of the month so you could have a different flavor every single day. But they have probably about 38 different flavors because they switch out flavors for different occasions like Valentine’s Day and football season baseball season that type of stuff

These Eat The Menus help me so much as an autistic person w/social anxiety and all the anxieties 😂. It’s a review and overview of all of the foods at a place, with visual representation, and it’s fun and shows people enjoying eating and not being stressed and stuff which is really awesome. Thank you for unknowingly making an amazing ND tool for myself(& others with ND and mental health issues and EDs I’m sure)

i'm not autistic but i love how he reviews a place because if i go i can get a description and see exactly whats in an item on the menu and as a super picky person who hates when certain foods touch or are mixed in together and hates texture these videos really help
I totally agree! When I was in recovery for a binge eating disorder, eat the menu really helped me vicariously live through the experience of trying every single item off of a menu without physically doing it, because I know that would put me out for the potential of binging; and now, as a bodybuilder, I watch it while meal prepping!
Super relatable! Here in the UK we just got Taco Bell and Chipotle for the first time and being a fellow autistic, being subjected to food I am not familiar with is like being thrown in at the deep end with no swimming experience!

That way the cones wont need to be baked and will keep a nice crunch? Idk. ALSO, remember when Alex first started joining this series and Keith kept telling us he was single? and this time he mentioned his FIANCEE and my heart is just very full and happy at the thought that he's found such wonderful love and has been living his best life throughout the duration of this little series haha. I was so surprised how few fruit flavors there were. In Germany a big part of the ice cream is fruit ice cream. But you guys have so many varieties of chocolate in there- which honestly looks amazing as well. 😄 Couldn't live without mango or cherry ice cream though 😄
we have some fruity ice cream options but they’re usually not cream based. basically frozen fruit purée, it’s my favorite though because of lactose intolerance lol.

Honestly, I hope they never stop doing the “Alex brought cookies to” segment! It’s hilarious and I find myself looking forward to it every time. I always enjoy the Gloria Jeans references too! As a Midwest person, it’s my favorite place to get coffee!
Baskin-Robbins was a great first job as a teenager! Trying all the flavors was the best! As for the customers, dads inevitably went for Butter Pecan or Cherries Jubilee, moms seem addicted to Jamoca Almond Fudge or Pralines and Cream, and you could count on the kids to ask for Bubble Gum or Rainbow Sherbet. For a milkshake, you can't beat World Class chocolate (ask for one squirt of chocolate syrup and two squirts of simple syrup in it, too). Making and decorating the cakes and pies was fun as a teen. The boss even taught me how to roll that ice cream Roll/Log cake. The brownies used to be made by Sara Lee and came in lovely thick sheets. You bet I ate my fair share of them! 😄 Fun memories!

Keith is somewhat right with saying that ice cream is a liquid but what he really meant was the ice cream is a fluid. A fluid can be defined as 'foods and drinks that are liquid at room temperature. All drinks, Jello, ice cream, sherbet, popsicles, water ice, ice cubes, soup, custard, pudding, sauces and gravies count as fluids.'

Fun Fact: They call Baskin-Robbins in Japan 31! It was due to a merger with a Japanese snacks company and the new company was called B-R 31 ICE CREAM CO.,LTD. No one knew that the BR meant Baskin-Robbins. The only other country where 31 is more commonly used instead of Baskin-Robbins is Taiwan.

I was so surprised how few fruit flavors there were. In Germany a big part of the ice cream is fruit ice cream. But you guys have so many varieties of chocolate in there- which honestly looks amazing as well. 😄 Couldn't live without mango or cherry ice cream though 😄

Mango icecream isn't too common in the US, but there is cherry icecream (usually cherry chunks though)
we have some fruity ice cream options but they’re usually not cream based. basically frozen fruit purée, it’s my favorite though because of lactose intolerance lol.

Baskin-Robbins was a great first job as a teenager! Trying all the flavors was the best! As for the customers, dads inevitably went for Butter Pecan or Cherries Jubilee, moms seem addicted to Jamoca Almond Fudge or Pralines and Cream, and you could count on the kids to ask for Bubble Gum or Rainbow Sherbet. For a milkshake, you can't beat World Class chocolate (ask for one squirt of chocolate syrup and two squirts of simple syrup in it, too). Making and decorating the cakes and pies was fun as a teen. The boss even taught me how to roll that ice cream Roll/Log cake. The brownies used to be made by Sara Lee and came in lovely thick sheets. You bet I ate my fair share of them! 😄 Fun memories!
Kieth should do an episode on See’s Candies!!! Started in San Francisco 100 years ago. So many candies and chocolates to try, and all so delicious 😩🙌🏻

Keith is somewhat right with saying that ice cream is a liquid but what he really meant was the ice cream is a fluid. A fluid can be defined as 'foods and drinks that are liquid at room temperature. All drinks, Jello, ice cream, sherbet, popsicles, water ice, ice cubes, soup, custard, pudding, sauces and gravies count as fluids.'

Fun Fact: They call Baskin-Robbins in Japan 31! It was due to a merger with a Japanese snacks company and the new company was called B-R 31 ICE CREAM CO.,LTD. No one knew that the BR meant Baskin-Robbins. The only other country where 31 is more commonly used instead of Baskin-Robbins is Taiwan.
