We are in a drought so ours will not be as vibrant as they usually are when they do fall. “This is the day the Lord has made so I will rejoice and be glad in it” If we remember this it will also help with extending grace and kindness to others. Since it's just the two of us we make smaller meals, but back when the kids were at home I would make a big pot of chili, or spaghetti. I would also make a big roast for tacos. These meals would last and were pretty inexpensive.
