I'm running out of superlatives to describe the realism of your paintings. So, I'll just say........amazing! On a side note, my style of painting is more impressionistic but I sure do enjoy watching your videos. As always, thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Like always, when i watch one of your videos, im half way down the road to throw away my brushes and search another hobby.
But you also made me want to be a better painter...its funny how this works.
Very nice picture, it is harmonic but it is not boring.
One could imagine to hike on the side of the river, or have a nice picknick in the shades of the great tree.
Your pictures are story tellers, thats how i see them.

I learned a lot from you. I always searched some tips and I found the solution from you. And also the lectures. My sister was asking me to paint a family tree. And I put some Japanese tree. And she said there must be a background. So I draw some drafting. Its a japanese garden. And trees from far in a distance I've got from you. Your techniques help me a lot. Now I am painting a tree that lookslike real. And I found you. I have only problem using paint when painting distance. Sometimes I paint all clear color but I found its must be faded.
When you pour the water, my imagination was you pour me a water in me. Its a joke. I was smiling here. Thanks Michael.

You need to buy a subscription from Michaels website for that but be warned, there are literally hours of work (and video) in each one. Ill never be able to paint photographically like this, as I dont have the talent, time or patience to do so, but I have settled into a blend of styles slightly more impressionistic than this and have picked up and still use a lot of Michael's techniques.
